I went to runza on Webb road in Grand Island Nebraska tonight I pulled up the front light was off so I pulled through the menu board light was off so I pulled through the drive-thru pulled back around pulled up to the door check the hours and said the drive through was open till 10:00 so I called whoever answered the phone told me that they were open till 10:00 so I went ahead and pulled up ordered my food got to the window tried to tell the young man that was working that the lights were off and it looked like they were closed trying to be a good person and just let them know hey it looks like you're closed he told me he wasn't in charge of the lights so I got my food he continued to have a little bit of an attitude so I asked for a manager when the manager came I explained her the situation this was after mind you when I asked for the manager I waited for a while he came back to the window told me that the manager was busy and that she probably just didn't want to talk to me so when the manager came to the window I stated what the employee had said that he told me that she just didn't want to talk to me all she said was I'm sorry so I asked for the young man's name she refused to give it I asked for her name she refused to give it although I didn't ask for a last name just a first name she said I prefer not to give it then proceeded to walk away I wasn't finished with my questions so I honked my horn after I tried to get her attention and she didn't respond the gentleman came back to the window I informed him that I wasn't done talking to her he said well she's busy so I waited for two more minutes she came back to the window I asked for questions on my receipt which she explained then I informed her that I would be calling the general manager tomorrow due to the service I pulled forward and I waited after I got terrible service she gave the car behind me free food and after I left I realized that she was the girlfriend of a previous coworker so I feel like that's why I got bad service although I did nothing to deserve it I informed her when we were talking that I was recording it and she did not care so if you want good service I suggest you go to the South locust location because the Webb road location apparently is childish and does not care about their customers. After I left I realized that the manager that helped me her name is Tiffany and that the only reason I probably got bad service is because her boyfriend left the job that I work at he was my coworker and he left on bad terms so apparently if you want good service you have to go to the South locust location because the Webb road location acts childish and doesn't care about customer service if...
Read moreMy first time eating at Runza. It was a delightful blend of culinary simplicity and comfort food at its finest. Imagine a fluffy, yet slightly crisp, yeast dough pocket enveloping a warm mixture of seasoned ground beef, onions, and cabbage. The texture is soft on the inside with a pleasant exterior crunch, giving way to a steamy, flavorful filling that feels both nourishing and indulgent. The filling is well-seasoned but not overpowering, allowing the individual flavors to shine through. It's the kind of sandwich that warms you from the inside out, perfect for a cold day but just as satisfying any time of the year. While some variations include cheese or even a Southwest twist with jalapeños, the classic version, which I ate, is a staple Midwestern comfort food that defies fast-food categorization. Once you take a bite, you'll understand why this sandwich has a devoted following. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that combines the coziness of home-cooked fare with the convenience of...
Read moreWent into to place a togo order and my husband was disappointed that they didn't have chili available. He made a statement about having to go over to Wendy's for his chili then and walked out the vehicle. I finished placing my order and while I was getting my drinks the cashier that took my order decided to start talking and laughing with another worker about my husband. I spoke up and stated how rude that was to be talking about customers right at the front counter, especially when their significant other is still in the store waiting for their order. Let them know that I was very disappointed with their customer service and left. Later in the evening I returned to the store to talk about the incident with a manager. The manager just sluffed it off starting that she is a new employee. I let him know that this is not an excuse for her actions. He just stated "I understand" and left it at that.
*EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT...
