American Eagle — Local services in Grand Island

The “employees” if you can even call them that, are terrible. Every single time I go in there in the mornings (and I’m not exaggerating) I will walk around for a good 10-15 minutes before I end up walking out because these lazy, entitled girls weren’t raised to know what customer service entails: welcoming and acknowledging that a human being walked into the store, asking them if they need help, and then actually making a sale and doing their job. These girls, who apparently are only there for a paycheck, stood at the counter when I walked in; one then walked to the backroom and stayed there the entire time. The other one just walked around the store. The third one walked right past me on her way out. Seriously, worst employees ever. I have to wait for Danielle the manager or Jill to be working to get anything...

I walked into this store on Saturday and it was a total disaster. I thought it may have been busy, but when I walked, it seemed like most people weren't doing any work. The only people I saw working were the 2 youngest girls, while the older employees, who I'm guessing would be the managers, were in a corner talking while one was sitting on the ground. None of them welcomed me to the store or checked on me. It took a very long time to be checked out as there was only one person checking out, even though there were two other computers open. It was a very overwhelming experience and I would not recommend...

Wow wow wow, what an amazing experience I had this weekend! I came in Saturday and the manager Sabrina helped my daughter and I have such an amazing experience. My daughter is tiny and we have been struggling finding her jeans and shorts the fit but AE made it happens the store is absolutely beautiful! So clean and the whole team is so helpful and they are so nice and friendly. They made me feel like I have known them forever! I can’t wait to go back!!!
