We are still getting compliments on the food from our wedding, that’s an amazing thing because they impressed a bunch of Texans who love their BBQ. It’s all thanks to the incredible catering team! The BBQ was absolutely phenomenal- perfectly cooked, full of flavor and served hot and fresh. Every bite was a hit with our guest, from the brisket and pulled pork to the delicious sides. You could really tell how much pride and passion goes into their cooking.
A special shout out to Kristen, who made the most beautiful and delicious cupcakes we’ve ever had. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted even better— light, moist and perfectly frosted. They were a huge hit and disappeared quickly!
Steven and Kristen along with their team truly helped make our day special, and their food played such a big part in the celebration. If you’re looking for a catering company that delivers both quality and heart, this is the one. We couldn’t be happier with how...
Read moreI ordered food to go. I ordered brisket, pepper sausage because it was available (although not available every day) and mac & cheese. Brisket was very tender and flavorful. Whoever is working in the kitchen knows how to cut it so that it’s tender and not chewy. Flavor is on point. The pepper sausage was excellent as well. And in fact, it did not get creamy again, even after reheating. I would love to see this mac & cheese with the amazing flavor profile and a creaminess that is consistent when reheating. I know there’s a way to do it, so I hope that they do that indeed. I will return and order again. But, I won’t order the...
Read moreI came to this restaurant because I like to support local businesses and this one had good ratings. I started to have misgivings when I saw that the girl taking my order had an eye that was red and full of pus. Unfortunately, I had already paid when I worked up the corage to ask her if her condtion was infectious. She immediately got snappy and angry. She went in the back & told her co-worker, so now I had two of them glaring at me. I told them I have a right to know when they are handling my food and I could get sick. "She has a CONDITION," the co-worker said, as if that made everything OK. Well, maybe I have a codition too, one that requires I not be exposed to infectious diseases. Somebody in that condition should NOT be handling food. It really put a damper on my experience of Grand Junction. I really regret...
