Wow, what a treat! My greeter/serve Nole(sp?) was super helpful, friendly and clear in describing the menu, which I had a lot of questions about, since there were many things I have never tried nor heard of. I accepted the offered specials of the day, the Elote, which had mind-blowing flavor and an insane gastrique/sauce that had me licking my plate and fingers. My first bite was shocking with perfectly roasted corn goodness, and a super rare balance of flavors that was so synergistic - just a totally satisfying and incredible dish. The other special was the drink of the day - a watermelon mezcal drink with a spicy chili salt on the rim, that had me laughing out loud with delight. Another perfect blending of spicy, smoky, and sweet, and so refreshing. Almost finally, the cauliflower tacos inspired another laugh out loud, because of the consistency of amazing flavors, all in a clean, tidy surroundings that was comfy, full of people enjoying their food, with good vibes ringing throughout the restaurant that doesn't have too much of anything to confuse your eyes and mind. Inspiring art and aesthetics and a vibe of fun that is high high quality. The icing on the cake was a surprise sample of ice cream delivered to me, ice cold and bursting with grapefruit/citrus flavor, accentuating the rich chocolate in the most perfect way. It is so rare to have such a blissful eating out experience, and I don't know that I've written a review for a spot more than once or twice in my life, but Tacoparty inspires all across the board. As a person continually seeking to have my tastebuds surprised and satisfied (most places fall short on balance, on acid, on salt) this was such a delight! I can't wait to come back, and will ASAP! Thanx...

Just wow! I have never been ignored like I was in this establishment. Yes .. I understand that there is a counter to order from. There is a sign that tells you that you must order from just this one counter. But... When no one is at the counter... There's no sign to tell you what to do then... Hmmm I wandered on in and sat at the bar, I was waiting for someone anyways. There were employees there, several actually. No one ever acknowledged me at all. Finally I got up and went back to the "special" order counter and... Still no one there. I asked a young man that appeared to be standing around waiting to bus tables if he would find someone to wait on me. And told him I would be back at the bar. So this time, the same employee that ignored me the first time now asked me if I wanted a drink. I told him what happened since I arrived. He went and got some lady. This lady was one of the employees that was blatantly ignoring me at the bar. I told her how rude everyone was and how dissatisfied I was with the service and she literally shrugged her shoulders and said sorry but you can only order from the "special" counter (eye roll) I guess you're supposed to wait at the magic ordering counter until they feel like doing you the great favor of waiting on you. I did end up having a $12 margarita that was really just meh.. when my friend arrived we decided to take our money to a business that actually wanted our business. We had dinner at the Goat and Clover just a few steps down the street and we were treated fabulously. And their food was perfect. I will never go back to taco party again. I didn't eat at taco party so the one star for food is...

I don't really call this kind of food Mexican food ,it's Americanized Mexican imitation Mexican food ,I have travel to several countries and this so call Mexican food that this place sales does not exist in any place in Mexico I have visit, the problem with these food items is Just because the food has Mexican names the restaurants stretch the real Mexican foods and manipulate the items so it's not necessary Mexican food. It's americanized food invention with Mexican names so as to fool people in thinking this food items are real Mexican food. If you want to use the term Mexican food your restaurant need to learn what Mexican food really taste like, I was extremely disappointed at the tamales they were horrible I just took one bite and for respect to the other customers I didn't spit the bite of the tamale As Mexican myself I have never taste such a bad food as far as I know we don't have tamales that taste so incredibly bad and your tacos are not any better, needless to say I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice authentic Mexican food to eat, that's goes to say the same for your prices it is expensive for the quality of food you get, too bad that people are lured to this place thinking they will get a good taste of Mexican food they are used to to only to be disappointed at the quality of food they serve I will not give them any stars for the food, nor I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good taste of Real...

This place is so good my biggest fear is that it won't last long, as it's in danger of being a bit too palatably high-falutin for the area. In a land where mediocre corporate chain restaurants reign supreme, places like Tacoparty are a beacon of hope. One bite of their stratospherically superb guacamole will solidify the fact that this as fresh as food gets in the Grand Valley. A casual counter service experience was what we were expecting. What was delivered is above and beyond light table service that never left us wanting for water, fresh cutlery or another amazing taco, (which can easily be added to the original card you used to order at the counter.) The atmosphere was easygoing and picture-hipster-perfect, but in a lighthearted and never pretentious sort of way. Cocktails are beautifully executed and refreshing. Hip high-end taco joints are a dime a dozen these days, with a new one added quarterly to a gentrified neighborhood corner near you. What sets Tacoparty apart is their ultramodern fusion of traditional recipes and local ingredients. It's all crafted with an extortionary amount of culinary expertise for such a casual environment. This building is at its very essence a delicious tribute to the farming communities of the Grand Valley. Worth a few extra bucks per taco and then some.

If you're looking for traditional tacos, this place is not it. Think taco tapas: worth the adventure, mountain desert flavor combinations, and affordable pricing to sample several different tacos. I went on a Friday night while in town for work (after they'd been closed for a remodel) to place a "to go" order, and it was busy. There was a line out the door to order, which explains why phone orders weren't being taken. Be prepared to wait, as the cashier/host takes time to explain the menu for new patrons. *Having paper menus or a more accessible QR code to view the menu while in line would be helpful in the future. For the ingredients and complimentary flavors taken into account for each taco, the price reflects fairly, starting at $4. There is an 18% service charge for all orders, but that was explained to me before I got to the payment menu, so I didn't have any confusion about gratuity for my to-go order. **For the reviews commenting on the "greasy bison tacos," they are made birria style: frying the tortillas in the grease from the rich broth/stew. Birria is supposed to be greasy 😉

We had been to the sister restaurant bin 707 and had the best experience with some of the most amazing and tasty food with exceptional service. We couldn’t help ourselves and had to try Tacoparty. Different vibe but boy did it not disappoint. Service was excellent and the recommendation of the cauliflower taco was spot on. We ordered the guacamole, Spicy chicken wings and 3 tacos (cauliflower, chicken and pork belly). The presentation of everything was exceptional (see pictures attached). Prices were very fair especially for the quality and flavor. Upon entering you are very warmly greeted by an employee at the counter ready to take your order - the menu is projected on the wall right beside you. You then find yourself a table and the food finds you. We would highly recommend coming here for a very chilled lunch or early dinner.
