There was an advertised discount of 50% during the beginning of December. It was for online ordering only. I went online and ordered two pizzas. My account is set up with my billing information which automatically charges my account. When I found out that I did not get the discount I called the store to inquire why I did not get a discount it was told that I needed to click onThe discount Icon which look more like an advertising sign then a clickable icon. Furthermore there was no instructions indicating to get the discount you need to click on the icon. I asked them to adjust my bill and the manager said there was nothing she could do. I said yes there is. Obviously I am due a 50% discount and you should find a way to credit me whether it be on future Purchases or the current one. After going back-and-forth she hung up on me. Arrived at that time,I was not greeted upon arrival,and after waiting at the counter I was told they would help me "when they could" and was ignored after that as I stood at the counter with my money in hand. I decided to leave without my pizza and was told if I could not wait for them to help me I should take my business "someplace else". So I did. I went to the Domino's at 904 North Ave, and as I entered the the store I was greeted with a "Welcome to Domino's, I was met at the counter immediately by one of the employees who took care of the transaction in a professional manner, unlike the employee at Orchard Mesa. The North Ave store turned a very unpleasant experience into a pleasant one. In the future we will "drive by" the store on Orchard Mesa and give all our business to the store on North Ave, and will recommend that our family and friends do the same. Once they delivered a pizza with no cheese on it, another time they delivered a pasta where the spinach and tomato were still completely raw, as well as there was way too much tomato in it (the tomato tasted like they dumped it out of a can). Most recently they delivered a pizza missing a topping that I paid nearly $2 extra to have and instead of making it right and bringing the correct pizza they offered to credit my account for a free pizza. So to get my order done right I'd have to go to the store and pay tax again on the pizza or order for delivery again and pay another delivery fee and tax again. That's definitely not making it right.
