Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Grand Junction

UNWILLING TO HELP DISABLED. Ordered through mobile app. We are two people with limited mobility unable to walk even short distances without a break. We pulled through the drive thru to pick up and were told that they don't hand out mobile orders at the drive-thru. We explained to the cashier at the window that we were disabled and showed our disability placard. He said okay and was going to get the food (that was already prepared and ready). Then, another girl approached the window and says that he is not allowed to do that for "security reasons" and that he will get in trouble. We ask for a supervisor and she says the window cashier is her supervisor (doesn't make sense that she is telling her supervisor that he can't help us). We ask for a manager. A rude man comes out and is also unwilling to help. We explain we are disabled and he says "well somebody can come in and get it." We ask for a refund ($50) and he says he can't do that either. Meanwhile, the food is just sitting there and they're unwilling to help and threatening to call the cops on two disabled people just trying to...

Wow if I could give negative stars I would! Stay clear and go somewhere else!!! Will never be back. Went there on our way home from a long day at work and just wanted to grab a quick dinner. First we get there and they tell us that they no longer have the triple stacker streak burger which right off the bat should have been enough to just leave because why not just add a patty to make a triple stacker? But we ordered anyways. I wanted a Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream and they apparently were no longer selling that as well which I feel like they should take signage down of things they "no longer have". I found something else and went with that. Once we got to the window and paid the one lady who I think took our order handed me my ice cream and only said "here" rudely and then when she handed me our food said absolutely nothing! So I said loudly THANK YOU ! At which point she just laughed and started talking towards co-workers ! She was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Funny how all the Freddie's in this town are the same...

The best part of my meal was the burger. It was the special jalapeno pepper jack burger and was a basic smash burger, cheese and jalapenos with no frills - no lettuce, no tomato, no anything else. I expected more, but wasn't disappointed. The custard was also basic and what I'd expect. However, the fries were oversalted and nearly inedible. The restaurant itself was chaotic and filthy. I had no idea where to queue to order, as where I'd expect to form a line was filled with tables and chairs. The restrooms were messy, with unclean doors and handles, a poorly mopped floor, and water splatter over the sink and mirrors. The manager belittled a cashier for getting change from another register to expeditiously take care of a guest - apparently all change requests need to go through her. I'm certain that cashier, as well as the ten or so guests within earshot will make sure to go through her in the future. All in all, this one store singlehandedly ruined any chance I'll return to this or any other Freddy's in the...
