Terrible experience. Young blonde lady was very unprofessional, rude and had 0 customer service skills. I ordered a shaved ice. They forgot my order. 4 people that ordered after me received their order before me. Things happen, I get it. But the flavor was absolutely terrible. When I asked for a different flavor, the lady said “we can’t remake you one just because you don’t like it.” What are you talking about? My wife and I have been there a couple of times over the last few days and both times we really enjoyed ourselves. The first time, there was only one employee working at the time, and she was very busy. But she was friendly and served us with a smile when it was our turn. I ordered the Hawaiian Rainbow, my son got lime, tigers blood and banana (which sounds gross but was surprisingly good), my daughter got Leche & blue Hawaii and husband got pink lemonade & mango.
