McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Junction

Mind you. Technically we asked to customize 6 sandwiches. But all we asked was for extra pickles on the 4 cheeseburgers, and add pickles to the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Of those, 1 cheeseburgers had extra pickles, the others had either 2 or 3 pickles. One chicken sandwich had zero pickles, and the other chicken sandwich had a single pickle. There was some red remnants of another shake in the bottom of his shamrock shake. But I would have overlooked these and not bothered to comment. However, i accidentally dropped a pill I was taking before i ate. It rolled back behind the corner booth so far i could not have reached it without laying on the floor. So I went to the front and asked to borrow the broom so i could retrieve it myself as I didn't feel comfortable just leaving prescription medication just laying there. The girl in the front said she would be right there and grabbed the broom, told her manager what she was about (including why) and he said wait and do something else. She said she would be there soon and thanked me. I still didn't feel okay leaving it so we were going to wait while we refilled drinks, went to the bathroom and cleaned up our trash... Still nobody came. And THAT is why I'm leaving this long review and a single star rating. I would have ignored all the other problems but if someone tells you there's drugs on the lobby floor and management ignores...

My mother and I walked into the restraint and ordered our food. The man at the counter was sweet and gave good service. After that he had to go and grab supplies. A lady walked up to the ordering station and waited for a good 7 minutes all for water. When I spoke out to help her get someone's attention. Six or seven employees turned around and looked at us, but didn't do anything to help the customers. I have a huge problem with this because there were multiple employees standing there not doing anything. It would have been as easy as getting a cup filling it with ice and water. Then giving it to the woman. That simple, the lady had to go dig through her car to find some water to drink and it took me having to get a water from the employees when we got our icecream. I personally find this a horrible way to represent the restaurant. I hope no one else has to deal with this. I wish I had the name of the man that helped get our icecream and the water so that he could be recognized. But sadly I don't. So please if any of you have had a time when the service was bad please put it in here. Thank you...

The food. You order from the McDonald's is always gross.It's always been under the heat lamp for way too long.It's always hard around the edges and crusty. It's like the children that work there don't care about rules or regulations. If someone orders a burger and they have one ready that's been under the heat lamp for 30 min they will send it out. This McDonald's has no standards. They also manipulate the numbers by making people pull forward even if they only have 1 person in line getting 1 thing. They will have you go park and literally seconds later someone will walk out with your food. Why have me pull forward at all other than to manipulate your drive through timer. I get breakfast from the same McDonald's 5 times a week and I get the same thing every time 2 sausage biscuits with cheese so I get about 10 a week from them 9 out of 10 times the biscuits are rock hard crunching like chips when you eat it. And I'm charged over 7$ each time for crunchy food that's sat under a heat lamp way past the time it should have been thrown out. From now on I'll drive the extra 10 miles to the...
