This was such a fun experience from the beginning to the end! You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail and creativity with the space and the menu. The 5 courses were served at a perfect pace throughout the night and the service was excellent. Each dish was beautifully put together and full of wonderful surprises and layers of flavor to explore. We felt comfortably pushed out of our comfort zone and continued to look forward to each course. The suggested beer pairings from Gemini also enhanced the food and the experience overall.
