The Little Pink Truck has been my favorite food truck in the Grand Valley for many years. There simply isn't a festival or event held in the area where I'm not excitedly scanning the vendors in hopes of seeing that cute pink trailer and the mouth-watering culinary delights it always contains. The area has a rich and diverse food truck culture with a wide variety of above average mobile eateries, but none have ever come close to the consistency or quality of this moving masterpiece.

Ingredients matter here; and everything from the bread to the tomatoes, the cheese and the meat is remarkably high grade. These are formed into a simple menu of panini style hot sandwiches, formed and cooked expertly. In all the years I've been eating here they simply have never not impressed me, and these huge sandwiches offer so much value for your money. Always served swiftly regardless of the line, and always with a warm greeting and smile. The Little Pink Truck is a jewel of the Grand Valley, and I hope to be scanning the horizon for their offerings at every festival and parking lot for...

I was finally able to try this Pastrami sandwich I kept hearing about... Now, let me say this is.not your usually Sysco Pastrami sandwich I'm used to. No! This Pastrami was Home Smoked and Thick cut, big slices of juicy, smoky Pastrami that had just the right amount of Pepper and Smoke. Must say I was concerned with how thick the meat was cut, as I'm very accustomed to thin, shaved pastrami... Never-mind all of that chatter, this meat was juicy, tender, succulent and packed with flavor!! Hands down, best Pastrami I've ever eaten!! I will support this awesome business and super cool people, and recommend their food to everyone!! I've also tried some of their other offerings and can say everything has been Delicious without exception!!! Thank You Luke, Patricia and the Fellas!!. See you very soon!!!...

We used the Little Pink Truck for our wedding catering in Moab and I cannot recommend them enough!!! “This is some of the best BBQ I have ever had” was what I heard all night long. Finding affordable and quality options for catering was one of my biggest obstacles and Luke with the Little Pink Truck exceeded all of our expectations. Communication was great and affordable prices! While his truck is based out of Grand Junction, he did cater buffet style (no long lines at the food truck window). He was on time, traveling fee was affordable and the food was AMAZING. Last minute I had made a special request for a single bland plate for a guest, he took care of it no problem. I cannot emphasize enough how great the food was and how much of a pleasure it was to work with Luke and the...

We were on a road trip through Grand Junction and happened upon the Little Pink Truck. What an incredibly good lunch we had. The people were friendly, the menu offerings delicious. My husband got the Reuben with their homemade pastrami. I had the caprice salad and it was very unique with strawberries added that made it extra delicious. The amount of food for the cost was amazing. Note: there is not a great place to sit and eat there in the parking lot, so we went to a park and ate our delicious lunch. Next time we drive through Grand Junction we will absolutely look for the little pink truck.
