An Espresso Nightmare at Starbucks
I stormed into Starbucks today, full of anticipation for a caffeine boost that would awaken my senses. Armed with my coffee expertise, I ordered their 20-ounce espresso, thinking it was a safe choice. Little did I know that I was about to subject my taste buds to a disaster of epic proportions.
Let me be perfectly clear - this espresso was nothing short of an abomination! The taste was an utter disgrace, an assault on my palate. It was as if the beans had been roasted within an inch of their lives, mercilessly burned and then brewed to create a vile, bitter concoction that bore no resemblance to coffee.
In the hands of a barista who apparently couldn't distinguish a shot of espresso from a cup of tar, my hopes of a quality caffeine fix were obliterated. The flavors were nonexistent, drowned in a sea of bitterness that left me questioning Starbucks' commitment to the very essence of coffee.
I have sampled espressos from street vendors to high-end cafes across the globe, and never have I encountered such a colossal failure in the art of coffee brewing. Starbucks, a company once revered for its coffee culture, now seems content to churn out undrinkable swill.
In no uncertain terms, this experience was an insult to the coffee aficionados who once held Starbucks in high esteem. It's infuriating that a global giant with the means to deliver exceptional coffee has opted to serve patrons with this undrinkable sludge.
To sum it up, my visit to Starbucks today left me seething with frustration and disappointment. I, an expert in all things coffee, declare this 20-ounce espresso as one of the most horrendous insults to coffee lovers everywhere. Shame on you, Starbucks, for your betrayal of coffee's...
Read moreI come here at least four days a week and I order the same thing every morning, a coffee and a sandwich. I order it through the app. I go in, the coffee is ready but I have to wait because they forget to make my sandwich. Every time. Every single time. Eventually somebody will notice me waiting and ask what I’m waiting for, and then they’ll go make it. Consistently, every single time. I don’t understand if I’m doing something wrong when I order? Or if they’re just that disorganized. But I never have this problem at another Starbucks nearby, so I’m going to start going...

It was tasty, and the sausage was not over seasoned. The bun was a bit hard on the one side. Otherwise, it was good. The one complaint was that the restroom was pretty dirty. I had even mentioned that the restrooms in Starbucks are usually pretty clean when going into the store, not this one, unfortunately. Overall, the Frappuccino was made perfectly, and the sandwich hit the spot and...
