Micheladas was the only good thing of my visit! Came to try their Birria Questacos and it was a 3⭐️ It was super greasy not what I’ve had before. I took a friend and her 2 teenagers and she charged me an automatic 15%! Cause it was “6people” I had my 1yr and my 3yr who shared a plate! I asked why the 15% if it was only us 4? She was like they count too cause you ordered them a plate! In my head was like of that’s 5plates NOT 6! I knew something was up when I couldn’t find her when needed. I had to return some tacos de birria cause she didn’t mention it had salsa and I returned it to the cashier cuz she was nowhere to be found. I had to look for her for something I had to look for her for my tab. I had a feeling she was gonna automatically charge the tip. Cause when that happens i always get bad service cause they know they’re gonna get a tip no matter what. THEN! When I got the tab cause I was treating my friend she had the nerve to say the total out loud! My friend felt so uncomfortable THEN I always look at the tab to make sure everything was correct and she was like “OH The Micheladas was $13 ea that’s why it’s $28” I’m like ma’am! I’m not asking. I did not want my friend to see how much it was cause I was paying I felt that was so rude of her. Not so good experience at all. Highly Highly Disappointed!! First visit I did a pick up so interaction was minimal and good costumer service. By my first experience, I felt comfortable going a second time. My second visit I ordered inside looking for the Birria Tacos , which has been all the hype and I heard that they were pretty good here . When you ordering the waitress made me feel so uncomfortable! She made me feel stupid when I couldn’t remember the name of the food item and her tone of voice made me awful. The food was pretty good and I let the situation go. This last visit I took my family (4people) and we were treated so bad ! Our food had hair in it and I had a big in my water. While we ate her co workers all came by and either laughed or smirked at us . Really made our time there in enjoyable . When getting to go boxes for our food she wanted to give us the smallest bald the had . Keep in mind we didn’t really eat our food because we felt uncomfortable. y’all please don’t come here the food is good but the service is bad. We went a week ago and they completely messed up our order. We went back because we had credits from a previous order they messed up but the server Alejandra said we couldn't use it because the boss wasn’t there. The only thing we asked for was for them to not mess up the order my husband specifically told her to please not mess it up he even gave her an extra tip so they get it right this time, I don’t know if she has anxiety and can’t get orders right or what but she always manages to get it wrong and she was the one who messed up our order the first time but I guess she didn’t remember.
