Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

They always end up messing up my order when I go here. I ask and "pay" for extra sauce on my burrito, and barely get any sauce on it at all. Tastes like a dry burrito. I have to ask for it on the side and make sure I get sauce then add it to the burrito. Today I asked for extra sauce and paid for it and there was NO SAUCE. Update: 1 year later decided to order here again. Ordered extra nacho cheese on my burrito they charge me and when I bite into the burrito it tasted like dry beef and rice why am I charged extra and getting less!?!?

Update year 3: they still never put sauce on anything and short you on everything you order side of nacho cheese, nachos they don't give you sour cream, and drink is flat and if you ask for no ice they don't fill it up ... This taco bell is NOT it they need to change management asap and stop with the attitude too when they are messing up not me...

Update 2024: Don't expect expect much from this Tacobell. They are still always forgetting something out of my order or shorting me on the portion size. This morning my breakfast burrito was basically a tortilla only.

Update: 2025 Taco Bell really did a 180 and honestly the managers here especially at night try to make sure everything is perfect fo their customers. Portion size taste quality 100% better. Changing my review to a 5 star...

Came late night, my first bad impression to not eat here was the fact that the woman sweeping inside saw me coming around to the line and openly rolled her eyes at me and pointed talking to women in back. i ignored it and got in line and Ordered an griller and beef and potato burrito, bit into it and found more bread than anything in my mouth. Not to mention it was dry and tasted terrible, it tasted like soap and had me and my parents throwing up, we tossed the food. The women that worked there had bad attitudes by the way, laughting in back and kelp shutting window hard in my face. When I paid the money, she snatched my money, gave me wrong amount back and then when I told her it was wrong amount, she gave even more attitude and threw the money in my hand. Once I got my food, I wanted to check it so I didn't have to go back around the building if it was wrong, she whipped open the window and said, "what?" I told her I'm just checking to make sure to have Everything, and she cut me off mid way sentence and said with attitude EVERYTHING IS IN THERE and shut the window, as if she was in an hurry and ON ONE ELSE WAS IN LINE. I'm never ordering here again, Taco Bell Corporation needs to know about this. JUST LOOK AT THAT HORRIBLE...

DO NOT ORDER A TACO SALAD UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT THE TACO SALAD SAUCE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE FOOD/PRICE. I have not received the sauce the past 10 times pf ordering and even requesting. The 3 times I called prior the lady manager apologized and said she would advise the cook to make sure those are included in ALL Taco Salads made. This time I spoke to Jenny who apologized but said that they are currently out so the item wasn't ordered correctly by manager. I'm done with the apologies when a Taco Salad already costs over $6 and no one can notify a customer that they are out of a condiment or item that comes with a certain food. This is like saying they are out of cheese for the Cheese Quesadilla. Someone really needs to look into this location off Main St. in Grand Prairie TX and also drug testing would be a GREAT idea.
