If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever at this Braums location. First, they made me move to the side of the driveway to wait for my food and I get it, need to make space for the other customers that have faster orders, however every-time they ask me to do this, they forget to add the essentials to my bag of food. Okay, fine I let it go every time. Today, however, the young lady came to give me my food and I asked her to just give me a second to check that everything was there and she gave me the worst attitude. Then when I checked the burger, I saw that it was burned. Literally as I opened the paper, the smell of burned just flew out. I told her it was burned and she asked me what part and I showed her where and asked that it be remade. She walked away pretty upset but as a paying customer, I’m upset because your cooks thought it was okay to give me that in the first place. If ai hadn’t checked, I would gone home with that. Then, they came back with the burger remade and I checked it and it had mayo on it when my receipt specifically says no mayo. I’m highly allergic. I just don’t get why they couldn’t get it right. The lady left after she gave me the second burger so I had to go back into the drive thru line to explain how my burger was wrong after they remade it, my other order items were cold at this point and my drink was watered down after so long of waiting. Again, 0 stars in my book. They made me feel like I was the problem. I just wanted my food. I only have an 1 hour lunch break and the whole hour was spent going back forth with them. Please train your employees better. No customer should have to feel bad for wanting the food...
Read moreTonight, November 29th at approximately 7:00 pm I went to this location and ordered a #9, (4 piece chicken strips with gravy). I opened the gravy, and the container they served it in, was barely reaching the middle. I politely asked if they could pour some more in, and they ssid "No". So, I asked them to give me a credit. They said they would do it only for today and next time I need to pay extra. I'm going on 72 years of age, and I'm not asking for charity. The gravy, barely halfway, was not enough for my fries and chicken strips. Aside from that. I stood waiting for I don't know how long waiting for someone to attend to me, while all employees were chit chatting with each others. One employee (a female) was making 3 sundae's. One was a Banana Split. I swear on.the bible. I STOOD AND WATCHED HER, PUT THE PEELED BANANA (WITHOUT THE SKIN) ON THE WET. DIRTY COUNTER FILLED WITH SCATTERED NUTS, AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP. SHE LAYED THE SKINLESS BANANA DOWN, SLICED THEM INTO PIECES, AND POURED THEM ON TOP OF THE ICE CREAM. IF YOU WANT A BRAUMS WITH SERIOUS EMPLOYEES, CLEAN WORKING AREA, THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU SHOULD GO. Read moreI am headed to work and wanted to eat some great breakfast so thought. Now I have always had a great experience. I went through the drive thru and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. The biscuits was hard and dry. The egg was not fresh at all. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a different sandwich explaining the issues and how difficult it was to eat it… the cashier took the bag and spoke to someone on the line. While I’m watching him. I notice him grab the sandwich looked prepared previously. He gave me back the sandwich and said have a good day. Me not wanting the same experience I checked the sandwich I was the very Same one they gave me on the beginning. It had my teeth marks where I tried to bite the sandwich. I asked for a refund . Between him and the Manager ../ neither one apologize or said anything, or denied they gave the same food. she snatched the receipt and gave my money back… this was a horrible experience with Brums. You should never make someone feel like you don’t appreciate my business . That is unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting, not to mention poor management.
