today when I passed by the chase bank I got a very good smell and when I finished the bank I went to look for the restaurant I got off with my granddaughters we ordered a chicken fried rice and a soft drink my granddaughters are small so I didn't ask for more... when I finished I cleaned what my granddaughters threw on the table and I picked up the plate and took it to a table where they had cleaning supplies. I left the place and the girl who attended me came out after me, giving me the plate where I ate 👺👺 she thought I stole a Dirty Plate and I tell him to leave it there... I get out of the car and tell him seriously, did you think he stole a plate from me? I even cleaned the table for you... what's going on? It's my first and last time here... I was embarrassed and angry if the filthy plate was plastic or cut glass... this fye is very sad and embarrassing experience in this filthy place... and before leaving my granddaughters told me we can come back here again... and of course we can't!!!!

Where should I start, service or food? 🤔. Service: Kate helped with my to-go order, she cause such a great impression on me because she is so young, full of energy and a great vibe, she asked how was my day and made it look like she was interested for real, this are the little things that can have a great impact in a person and in a positive way, my day at that point was good but thanks to those few seconds she decided to be awesome my day turned great, got a smile on my face. Thank you Kate, hope you are appreciated everywhere you go. Food: I knew I was gonna like it but my surprise was when I saw the amount of crab meat in my rolls, there were so generous, other places just have a few strings of meat and that's it lol, tasted so delicious, my mother-in-law love it and thanks to all the facts I will definitely go back. Oh and the place inside is nice looking, spacious and clean. Thanks for the great food and service, see you guys soon!

Starting from the service to the food. This little sushi spot is a hidden gem. Found ourselves here after a visit to Home Depot, and it didn’t disappoint. Our waitress, Kimberly, was helpful, attentive and cheerful, everything you need in a waitress. I ordered the sushi burrito because it caught my eye on the menu, and it didn’t let me down one bit. Tasty and just the right amount! The sauce it comes with pairs so well with it. My wife went with the classic chicken teriyaki bento box. Also very delicious. We tried the Yuki (lychee) Sake for the first time. I personally wasn’t a fan but my wife on the other hand, LOVED it. I guess we found her new favorite sake. We will definitely return!

Very poor customer service. They are very dry & short with you and act as thought your business is not valuable to them. In the last 3 weeks I have patronized this place countless times each week & enjoyed the food but definitely noticed their dry attitudes when interacting & “serving”. 2 nights ago before closing I placed a to go order for chicken fried rice & a sushi roll. The batch was NOT RIGHT, very clumpy/starchy/sticky rice not like it usually was prepared & most of the chicken pieces were hard in the middle & not done all the way through. I called the next day to notify the manager of this & was told I could come pick up the replacent order that day, they asked me what time I said 9p around the same time I ordered the previous night. So yesterday came & went & I forgot about it as I was in a church meeting that ran long. So I called tonight on my way home from work to place a to go order which included that replacement rice dish & I was told that they made it yesterday evening & I never showed up so basically Screw me. This was so infuriating because I knew it was a dumb excuse to support the fact that my patronization, satisfaction & value as a customer is not important at all. Every time I’ve come to the place I see employees in the corner eating a meal so for them to make it seem like Any food they prepared was going to waste on my behalf, pure foolery. Never again will I spend my hard earned money at an establishment such as this that cares less about my experience & satisfaction as a frequent consumer. Unbelievable what racism they just displayed to me at this restaurant! I have been ordering from here for years. Today I placed an order for pickup and the total was over $50. I handed the older woman a $50 bill and two ones. As I waited for my change, the woman repeatedly inspected the bill, wrinkled it, and held it up to the light. I told her there's no way that it's a fake, I just pulled it out of an ATM at Navy Federal Credit Union. She ignored me and kept inspecting the bill.

She then handed it to one of the males cutting fish, and he did the same slow inspection of my money. They spoke to each other in another language, and then he handed it back to her, only for her to keep inspecting the bill. Again I told her that there's no way for it to be fake as it literally just came from the bank. Silence.

Eventually I got tired of being embarrassed and treated like a criminal for Being Black While Spending (I'm an accountant, by the way) and told her to keep the food and give me back my money and I'll spend it elsewhere. Again she ignored me until I snatched it back my $50 bill. She had to be told several times to return my 2 dollar bills. I will never be back here. I will spend my money in establishments that are a smidge better at hiding their racism.

Also: stop being cheap and invest in one of those...

2 of the last 3 times I've ordered sushi here, they neglected to put in the order entirely. I get it, mistakes happen when you're busy, but both times they lied to me about it. The first time they said it'd be 15 minutes and I waited 35 minutes, 40 minutes after they said to pick it up. The last time I went, the cashier said she couldn't find it, and I brought up how this had just happened to me a few weeks prior. She said she made a mistake, that it was almost done... sure enough, the person who walked in in front of me, ordered 5 rolls and waited got her order before me. I was told "a few minutes" which of course was 27 minutes later (30 after I was told to pick up my food). All in all, we were attempting to have a sushi dinner for my wife on mother's day but instead the kids ate separately because it took so much longer than they said it would.

The sushi is solid, albeit a little overpriced... But I would recommend going literally anywhere else if you have any time constraints or are unable to wait an extra half hour beyond when they tell you...
