Horrible experience!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks online for delivery. It took 1 hour 15 minutes before it showed up. Open the pizza and one is burned on half the pizza and the other is,shall we say over cooked. I called to ask for a refund and informed them the driver could turn around and get the pizza back if need be. Keep in mind once i saw the burned pizza i could still see the driver leaving outside my house. The person, Irene, refused to help and informed me that I would have to come to the store in order to get a refund. If I wanted to come to the store I would not have paid for delivery. She went on to explain that she has to have my credit card information to make a refund...seriously...i just ordered online and paid you should have all of my information. I then asked to talk to a manager, and this guy was useless. Admittedly, I did get irate with the person, but I did not curse, except saying, "I want my damn money back!!!" He then threatened to "Ban" me as a customer. Fine with me, I just want my money back. Then the night manager hung up on me.....wow. My wife took the keys and would not allow me to go up to the store. Being the more calm one she goes to the store and finds some tall dude trying to be intimidating telling her they don't do refunds. But wait, you just told me I had to come up there to get my money back. She asked for the manager and apparently he "left". Probably hiding in the back. What a coward. Trying to send a high school kid to do your dirty work. Finally as my wife talks to the kid, he exclaims, "why are ya'll making this so difficult, just give them the money back!!" He then opens the register and proceeds to give my wife the money back. Magically, Irene appears to inform the guy you can't do the refund like that you have to credit it back to the card on file....Hmmmmm. "So, you could do the refund without my coming up there." Thank you tall dude for giving my money back, I understand you were doing only what your cowardly night manager asked you to do. This place is ridiculous and deserves no money from anyone. I apologize Irene. You were the only name I remember, but you were still ZERO help.
Keep in mind we wanted delivery because we have a 3 month old at home and a 3 year old who is fighting a stomach bug. Way to take care of your...
Read moreWe ordered delivery last night. One of our pizzas was a pepperoni lovers but instead we received a regular pepperoni. When I call back, I was directed to the call center who connected me directly with the store. The people in the store will pick up the phone every 30 seconds and then put it back on hold immediately. Eventually, they hung up without ever speaking to me. This morning on my way home. I decided to stop by to explain the situation and possibly get a refund. When my boyfriend went in the lady behind the counter, (who I now know is Keisha Phenix from Monroe, La) told him that we should've returned the pizza last night and they would have remade it. She directed us to go and get the pizza and bring it back. After returning with the pizza, I tried to speak with Keisha to explain the situation but she cut me off and immediately told me we should have brought it back last night and she didn't know if she could give me a refund. Keisha then went into the register and got out $12 and gave it to me. When I realized that it was not the correct total and I asked for the remaining balance. Keisha initially refused to give me anything else and then she told me she was just going to give me 50 Cent so that I could go ahead and get out of her face. I asked if she was the manager she said she was the manager on duty. I asked for the name of her supervisor and she said she does not have a supervisor because she is the owner. As a customer, I did not do anything to deserve the attitude or the disrespect. I did not want to raise my voice or talk to her in a degrading manner, but from the time that my boyfriend and myself walked into the building, her attitude was very nasty. I witnessed her, not using gloves to make the pizzas that she was making today and I have video proof of that. I also informed her that I would be contacting corporate. I don't if I ask anyone to use...
Read moreI’ve been eating at Pizza Hut since I was a child but never have I had such a terrible experience at Pizza Hut or any other establishment in the past. I used the T-Mobile Tuesdays promo to order my pizza and after inputting T-Mobile’s coupon code on the Pizza Hut website and paying the balance for my pizza, when I went to the store to pick it up at 2 PM, the employee who cashed me out was extremely rude and disrespectful. She first told me that I still had a balance to pay of $5 even though my order total on the Pizza Hut website showed $2.70 and was paid. When I explained the situation to her, she told me that the previous two customers were also people who had used the T-Mobile promo but they had the same issue where she made them pay for something that their POS was incorrectly showing. She said I would have to take the issue up with T-Mobile. Despite being hungry and having already paid for my food, I wasn’t given it and had to go to the T-Mobile store. After talking to them, when I came back, I tried to reason with her, that the Pizza Hut website took my order (it says order confirmed) and it says I paid for it with the order total being $2.70 which means that Pizza Hut accepted my coupon code. But she kept speaking to me in a very rude tone saying I had to pay the $5. How does that make any sense? Finally, she told me “I’m giving it to you today. But I won’t do it in the future, I won’t.” As if she was doing me a favor. I paid for my order so how is that a favor to me? And despite all this, my pizza wasn’t even made correctly as it didn’t have the Pesto drizzle. I spent far too much time and energy for a subpar pizza. Your service has really gone down and I won’t be...
