Hoping the management can get this place on track. Went in at 4:45 on a Monday (MLK Day), maybe a dozen other patrons in the entire place, it took entirely too long to get a food order. Five minutes just to get a stand-alone order of chips & salsa; 10+ minutes to finally produce one fish taco, a chicken salad, a kids taco and kids nachos. There were no forks in the self-serve utensil bin. I brought it to the attention of a manager who said, "Yeah, we've had to order some more". Then ran in the back to fetch me two forks. The kids meal came with sopapilla bites - I asked for honey. After a helper disappeared in the kitchen for three minutes she came out and said "Sorry, I'll just bring you some to your table shortly." Then never did. Again, this is while the restaurant was not at all busy and there were at least six countable staff members running around in sight. I write this because I'm rooting for the place, I want it to succeed and I want Grand Prairie to become a destination for better eateries. So when arriving home we noticed they never us the quesabirria tacos and they didn’t place the correct topping on the nacho order. We then had to drive all the way back for them to correct it and when explaining for a second time the simple toppings we wanted they remade it and forget the toppings again. We explained for a third time what the toppings we wanted and they assured us it would be correct. They brought it out a third time and guess what, it was still wrong. It wasn’t even a complicated order at all, all it needed was beans and no pico. At that point we had been waiting for over half an hour for our food so we requested a refund. While we were waiting we noticed several customers coming in with a receipt in hand looking upset as well that they had the wrong orders too. Read moreService was the worst . I have been to this location many of times. Seems like the old employees are not there anymore, with these new faces horrible service. Waited in line while the front cashier walked away. To just standing there like dummies. Another cashier was at the far register by the bar area , knowing he saw us and another customer behind us. Guess his convo was more important to the drunk lady sitting there . Then more than minutes later said I can get your order over here. I can go on about how he took the order but long story short when I wanted to use my app for points said oh the code is invalid . If Im showing you the code on phone that clearly just pulled up on my phone to use then it should work. None the less I paid for the drink that should have been free. App is sorry as well. Need better customer service employees. I will take my business elsewhere where my hard earned money...
