Edited to 'lemon and lyniah' response to my review - which is further strengthening my point of unprofessionalism It isn't just "about cheese". (BOTH of your reviews start with the SAME EXACT sentence, which means clearly you also aren't educated enough to realize your fake email profiles were connected 🤣). Please grow up. You are a full grown woman. How about instead of going on reviews, you ask your Upline for more training on how to work in a customer facing setting and spend your time online with something that will be an investment? Working at LJS shouldn't be this triggering for you. Yes, people want what they pay for. It doesn't matter if it is a side of cheese or if it is a $20 item. Your responses to my review are childish. Neighbors in the area agree -- judging by what is written about you on the Nextdoor app. It's about customer service skills, which clearly you have none. Maybe also take some grammar classes as well and learn capitalization and punctuation? If this is your lifetime career, I understand why you are stuck in life and angry enough to lash out at a paying customer's issues that YOU caused. Original review: They no longer give much cheese sauce. You're still paying the .99, but the past few times, it's been a half filled 2 oz cup for the same price. So, paying a dollar for .5 oz isn't worth it anymore. Like, why even charge for it at this point? The cook with the bonnet on in the back is rude and very impatient with the other staff. She claims she is the store manager. If this is true, then it makes sense on why this location has been less than expected the last few weeks in the evening time. If it isn't true, then the real store manager should maybe work a week in the evening to observe. Girl, we get it. Economy is crap and work is hard, some of us working 2-3 jobs and some gigs on the side. We just want our food hot and edible. I promise, people ordering food from your establishment isn't a personal attack on you, lol, lighten up. Cashier was super sweet, but I could tell she was over the condescending remarks and attitude from her. We'll still be returning, but leadership needs to get some coaching in...
Read moreFor starters I had to return to this store twice after my initial visit through the drive thru. Second time going in before I pulled out of the drive thru they forgot my daughter's Cole slaw. No big deal the nice woman behind the counter gave me the Cole slaw. I then proceeded to go home only to discover I was missing an extra fish that I had paid for. I then went out of my way to go back again! Only to be met with the car in front of me having to wait for them to remake her order... I even overheard the gentleman behind me in the drive thru coming back also for yet another messed up order. After waiting at a stand still for around 15 minutes in the drive thru. They finally corrected or I assume they corrected the person's order in front of me. Then it's my turn to try and get the extra fish I had purchased. The young lady working the drive thru apologized for the inconvenience. The Daniel Games ....the so called " manager" instead of making things right with 3 customers that had to wait for mediocre Customer Service from him. This will unfortunately be the last time I or any of my family or friends will ever visit this particular Long John silvers as long as Daniel Gamez is the representative Manager there. He has Horrible Customer Service Skills. He didn't even apologize for the long wait. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere untill he is either transferred to another LJS far away or terminated from his position. Bad representing of a Awesome Food...
Read moreAt 1st was going to give them 5 starts because when I 1st placed my order thru drive through the young girl who attended me was polite and patient since I took a while to look at the menu. But things turned south a little later. When I got my food home, I noticed I was missing a small cole slaw. I tried to call them but they never answered the phone. I was too tired to go back right away so I didn't return to the restaurant until about 3 hours later. When I went back, the manager was saying that they could give me a cole slaw. I told her I didn't want it anymore, my family was already finished eating and I just wanted my money back. She said it was protocol that I either get my missing item or bring the bag back with the food to prove I didn't have the item. I asked if she wanted me to dig into my trash because that's where the bags were. After going and back and fourth for a while. Telling her she pretty much was accusing me of lieing , I pretty much told her she either gives me the money I'm due or I call corporate. And that's when she finally broke protocol and gave me my money back. But she didn't want to give me my...
