Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Me and my husband ordered a deluxe gravity box At the drive thru and the chips were missing so came back around to the speaker and one of the employees told us to hold on. We waited and no one responded so we proceeded to the window and asked for the chips and wanted to purchase an additional order of nacho fries. But we were ignored. Finaly employee came back to window and stated the couldn't take the order for the nacho fries at the window and had to drive back around to the drive thru line which was very long. We asked why he stated because he just couldn't. I asked for a manager and the employee by the name Jake stated that he was the manager. We asked for the store manager and he slammed the window and walked away. Another female employee came to the window and asked what we needed and explained what happened. We asked her the name of the manager and Jake stated his name and said he was the store manager. I asked why we had to drive back around again and he argued and started using profanity which we have video of for proof, adding he proceeded to record with his own mobile device. After explaining that the service was terrible and more confontation., we just left. The service at this location was unexeptable. We are regulars at taco bell but will never return to this location. I JUST HAD TO EDIT THIS REVIEW BECAUSE OF HOW COMICALLY BAD THIS LOCATION IS.

I tried to do 2 separate orders with my buddy at 11pm in the drive thru. I was told that after 10, the system doesnt allow separate orders. Yeah ok, I'm sure that's what it is and not complete laziness or lack of will to do your job. I'm sorry Taco Bell, but yall are dumb as dirt in the later hours. Please fix this staff, Corporate.

This is a terrible taco bell that I would advise avoiding at all costs like it was the plague. The drive thru takes way too long, sometimes upwards of an hour. I stopped going because I can drive out of my way to another location, take a bathroom break, get my food, get gas, go to my house for a nap, play some video games, and then drive back to this location and the drive thru will not have moved. Not really that bad, but you get the idea. Corporate needs to intervene desperately. Until then,

What the Hell is wrong with this place! Every single time there is some problem. This time, the girl at the drive-through just threw the sack at me and disappeared, forgetting to put in the hot sauce she just asked me 20 seconds earlier. So I sat there and finally this scary goth girl wandered up to get a drink and reluctantly gave me some. Then I get home and the individual items were loosely wrapped and thrown in the sack. One of the tacos was thrown in upside down to where I had to reassemble it from the bottom of the sack. No napkins, no receipt.

Last time I was intimidated by a thug who glared at me over the top of his shades, at night and waited and waited and waited while they were busy servicing the drive-through. On top of that, the prices went up and the service continues to go down. NEVER AGAIN. There are MUCH better places at the same price...
