The girl whom took our order her name was Missy. Hope I didn't mess her name up. But any way she was just so nice an treated my wife and I like we were royalty. After she took our order. my wife and I didn't know this location closed a little bit earlier than other locations. We were telling her that we wanted to eat our meal there and she said they were closing. Both my wife and I said that's OK we would eat in the car. Missy said no you want to eat here you two get a table and sit down and eat. I can do my closing things while y'all Eat. She said please sit take your time and eat. She is a good example of Perfect Customer Service. She made us fell so comfortable while we ate never making us fell rushed and having the best conversation with her while she did her closing stuff. I didnāt notice until after Iād taken a few bites, and it left me feeling extremely nauseous with a horrible taste in my mouth. I ended up getting so sick that I had to call off work the next morning⦠thatās how bad it was.
I took clear photos (attached) and reported the issue to Subway through their official website immediately. Itās been over 48 hours and Iāve received no response whatsoever.
To make matters worse, the storeās phone number doesnāt even work, so there was no way to follow up directly. This is a serious food safety issue, and the complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Staff always has earphones in so they ask repeated questions and still get it wrong. Put a ton of mayo or mustard on even when you ask for a little bit. I understand why though. Most the staff is in the back screwing off so whichever one gets picked to make your sandwich probably just wants to hurry back to their phone.
