Went in today to look around a ask a few questions, I was greeted by a kind gentleman named MJ at the door. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. He has a immediate answer to every question I had! I told him what the goal of the system I wanted for my truck and he walked me through component by component to ensure I was going to be happy with the results. He gave me a price and I felt it was very reasonable and told him let's schedule it. He informed they were free today and got my truck in the shop, I attended Lincoln tech down the street and he dropped me off at school and they completed the job while I was in class. He could've easily said call a Uber or had me walk, but he went the extra mile literally and dropped me off. I will be a customer for life based on this experience! Also when my truck was done I was blown away by the sound quality of the Memphis audio system they installed, the Memphis mojo dual 8's are absolutely phenomenal!!! The Memphis amps and door speakers and tweeters are crisp and clear! To add to the experience I later went online and priced each component individually and it made me feel even better about the customer service cause all the prices were spot on and MJ did all the math on the fly, which tells me he is extremely knowledgeable about every product on that show room floor! 100% would recommend this shop! Thank you MJ at stereo sound for turn my vision...

Had a Viper alarm installed in a 2016 Ford 150XLT Factory installed bla. bla..bla

Ford them selves said it was not possible to install an after market alarm w/ remote start. It is written in black and white in my manual from Ford on page 128 " it is not possible to install an after market alarm on this vehicle"

The installer "Jaun" looked it up on the Internet, yep it was their also. Viper "Directed" them selves couldn't figure it out.

However, Juan the installer at Stereo Sound refused to belive it. Experience speeks volume's and perseverance means even more these days and ages. Joe the owner refused to belive it. Everyone their refused to belive it. They even got me to refuse to give up.

Long story short and many hours later spread over several days working with Stereo Sound of Arlingtion, Texas was a uplifting experience that just reconfirmed my belief that words like discount and getting a good deal refer to money not quality of work done or determination.

We should all be examples of this exuberance and pure determination.

I work across the street from this place and went in to buy a base controll knob for my son's 10' powered kicker sub. I told them what I was looking for and the employee said we don't have it. Well after he walked away I see a stack of them in a locked display case. So I walked back over to him and showed him where they were. He ignored me for quite some time so I left the store thinking I will stop in tomorrow since I work right across the street. The next day I stop in show them what I needed and he pulled it out of the case and I bought it for $43.00 even though it's a $20 item everywhere else. If I didn't need it 2 days before X mas I would of taken it back!! Thanks again for all your help....great customer care and on the spot price gouging depending...
