Metroplex Espresso Tech is the best! Francisco and his team are very honest, and I would highly recommend Metroplex Espresso Tech for your needs of machines, maintenance or repairs done. I know firsthand as I will not mention the company, but a gentleman named Mario that was recommended came out to fix my machine and pay more than average yet to have the very same issue the next day. Called him to let him know that his service from the day prior was defective. "I would recommend you change your machine as it's not fixable", as I was told by Mario. First of all, why would you charge me to fix the machine yet to be told it cannot be fixed the very next day and I would need a new one?! Thankfully I found Metroplex Espresso Tech. Francisco came out, repaired, and replaced some parts to a machine that I was told from Mario that was not fixable. This place was a lifesaver. I have a prosumer dual boiler machine that was having issues (busted brew gauge and burning smell). Having purchased it online from Oregon, shipping it to the dealer (from Oklahoma) for service was going to be a prohibitively expensive solution. Since we normally visit the DFW area at least twice a year for shopping, I decided to Google espresso repair businesses there and found Metroplex. Francisco spoke to me; he seemed helpful and knowledgeable so I brought my machine to them. He correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a cost that was very reasonable. It works great now. The business is run by a pair of sisters who are so helpful and friendly. This will be my go to place for any future espresso repair needs....

Conscientious service and quality repairs for espresso machines. My Rocket machine had been improperly stored -ha do you like how I’m trying to shift the blame away from me:)…and I was using water with too many minerals in it and it needed major descaling which Rocket suggested I do professionally. Glad I took it here. Repairs took a while because of a part issue with Rocket but Metroplex always responded to me quickly with updates and even gave me some pre-emptive updates which I really appreciated. They even helped load and unload my machine into my car which was helpful since it’s really heavy. They are espresso experts and have all kinds of supplies too. I’ll be back when needed even though it’s a bit of a trek for me...
