The food was average. Really nothing to right home about. I was okay with the 15 minute wait considering the size of the burger, but I don't know if I'd be willing to wait if they were really busy or during the lunch crowd (I was the only one here). I got the bacon burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Mustard. The patty didn't have any seasoning it was juicy and cooked right but tasted bland. The fries weren't that great, there was a lot of small pieces and they were over cooked. Would have liked to see a combo meal instead of everything individually priced. The BEST in the business!! Not sure if these restaurants are franchised or owned by a single family, but this location is my absolute favorite! They have great staff with friendly service, the place is ALWAYS clean and no matter what I order my tastebuds have a party! I have tried 4 different Chapps establishments because I work in North Fort Worth and drive home to Red Oak. Nothing against the Carrier or Cedar Hill locations but I usually drive past them to get to this one on Arkansas. I've been coming to this one for 12 years! The 360 location is my least favorite because the lunch rush got my burger served 45 minutes after ordering and the onion...
