BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Usually the service is great here but today i was doctoring my coffee and the cashier came over to refill the cream and pushed the canister so hard it slid into my coffee and spilled all over the counter, my shoes and the floor...a little on my shirt also. I think it was on purpose because all she had to do was sit it down but she pushed it. Other customers cleaned it up for her as she apologized...

I've been here before and the coffee is the best in the hospital. I've reduced it to 3 stars because I arrived at 7am on a Sunday to get some coffee and it was not open despite a physical sign saying they open at 7am. I waited for 10 minutes without sign of anything opening...

Super nasty to look over and see the barista’s fake nails in the whipped cream of your $9 drink. Maybe cut them shorter or wear some gloves? Especially for a hospital this doesn’t seem very sanitary. Pretty sure fake nails aren’t up to the food code...
