Subway — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Would rate zero stars but it was not an option, walked into the place with my friend, it was empty, except for 2 young ladies working, my friend ordered first, 2 subs, one for her and the other she was taking to her mother at the hospital. The first girl prepared her order and the other girl went to the back, I waited patiently for the girl to finish my friends order to take mine, I waited... Another gentleman came in and the girl in the back pops out and takes his order!!! While I'm still standing there and no one has even acknowledged me!! The first girl finishes ringing up my friend and just walks to the back, AGAIN ignoring me. At this point I'm ticked. But I say nothing, the guy is taking forever, wanting EVERY sauce, then the first girl comes out to ring him up and second girl starts the guys second sandwich. He is trying to pay with his phone and the girl doesn't know how to do it. She even asks ME if I know how... The first time I get acknowledged is her basically asking ME to do HER job??? Meanwhile my friend has been waiting patiently, food in hand and I hadn't even gotten to order yet. FINALLY second girl asks me what I want, she makes it and girl #1 goes to ring me up, doesn't ask if I want a drink, if I want chips, just tells me my total, I pay and take one of the cups right there and say well I guess I'll just have water then, she says oh I have a water cup for you, hands me a dinky plastic cup, fuming I walk over to the machine, after ice there is maybe room for 3 oz of water, I walk over take the cup I originally had and said, I'm just using this, that little one isn't going to work, she says I have to charge you for that. At that point I'd had it, my patience ran out, I said "no you aren't, im having water, I WAS going to buy a pop but you rang me up before I even had a chance to ask for one, and I get ignored literally the whole time"!! My friend has been waiting food done 5 minutes ago, I'm just finishing and I came in WITH her" She then gets very rude and says she didn't ignore me, she was trying to figure out how to pay with his phone, I said HE CAME IN AFTER ME!! And now you want to argue with me about a cup. girl number 2 just calmly said, it's fine just take the cup and girl number one is still arguing with me rolling her eyes. I ordered a foot long turkey Italiano sub with meal for curbside pick up. I had it scheduled to be ready at 3:30. I came at 3:45 pm and signed that I was here. Five minutes past and my order still wasn't given to me. I had to get off my vehicle and go inside. I asked if they had curbside pick up the worker responded with a nasty attitude no, they don't offer it. I told them then why would it be an option on their website. She said nothing. I told her that I needed my order she pointed to the direction of my meal. I grabbed it and noticed I needed my drink. On my order I had indicated that I wanted a 20oz bottle of Coca-Cola. The worker pointed at the cups for a fountain drink. I indicated that I did not order that and I wanted my bottle of 20 oz. Worker with a nasty attitude told me that my order said fountain and to grab the cup. I said no I want my bottle she then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay the difference for the bottle and that it would be another 1.89 I was not going to pay another 1.89 so I just asked them to refund me my money and I no longer wanted the meal. They were Laughing at me and arguing with me about getting my money back. The recipe that the worker gave me says void but I did not get a receipt with a refund issued. This is the worst service I have ever received. Why offer curbside if it will not be honored. And I know what I ordered and they wanted me to take the fountain drink. I will not be returning and they have to do something about...

So I went in the prep tables were a mess, dry chipotle sauce and lettuce all over them, it was like 7:45 PM they were not busy at all, but I went along with my order since I was in a hurry, I ordered the 5.49 spicy Italian footlong (on special) added a scoop of steak (1.50) and two cookies (1.50 for both), some how my order ended up a few cents shy of $14 dollars, I was in a hurry so I was like "I'll figure it out later" I should have paid like $10 so they over charged my by almost 4, so I did the tell subway survey and told them that thinking they would care, I got an email basically saying we apologize you are confused about the price of our sandwich So I was like maybe I am wrong, so I call the same subway and ask how much each item was they said Footlong spicy Italian 5.49 Add a scoop of steak 1.50 Cookies .75 each So me and the manager came to the conclusion that I was over charged almost 4 dollars ( conclusion included a dispute since some how she said I was only over charged $1 when it was clearly more then $3), which was almost enough to buy a second spicy Italian, she ended the call by offering me a coupon for a 6" sub, I accepted gave my address and three weeks later have yet to recieve anything
