Came last Sunday and enjoyed visiting with the adoptable puppies on the patio. Had good service from 2 different servers for drinks with our group.
Wednesday morning I received an alert email from my credit card company asking if I had left a 36% tip, which I did not. Luckily I keep all my receipts until the final charge goes through. I called Logan’s Alley and received a call back from the manager to address the situation. I left a $6 tip, and my tip had been upped to $10. I only expected to receive a refund of the difference to make my bill correct but she went above and beyond to not only refund the entire $10 tip, but also send me a gift card to apologize and said she would figure out how this happened. I was very surprised but equally impressed by how she handled this. Having worked in food service before, this is why you always keep your receipts!!! If we return we will be checking out via the QR code instead of having someone run our cards to ensure this never happens...
Read moreThis is part of a backlog of reviews I've been meaning to write. I probably haven't been to Logan's Alley in the past few years but based on other reviews it sounds like they may have significantly improved since my experiences with them.

Whenever I went without them the service was always rough and the bartenders/servers treated me like they were annoyed I dared to sit down for some beer and food.
I don't know if it came under new management recently or if the owner decided to make an effort to improve service or what, but from the more recent reviews it sounds like a totally different place. It sounds like I may need to give them another...

My only real issue was that our server was quite rude to us a few times, despite our requests not being far fetched in the slightest. She clearly had friends/regulars at other tables who she was very nice to and spent time talking/singing with, so it's unfortunate that she felt the need to be so callous with us. We consistently thanked her for everything, and all made sure that we were not making a mess and being courteous. Even still, she felt the need to make us seem like we were being a burden (in a mostly packed, pretty loud bar?). I would still recommend Logan's Alley as it was overall a great night, just be wary of...
