Ordered on app denied food even though I paid for it. When I finally got them to give me the food I ordered they gave me the coldest and stalest food. Tried again. No I didn't get my nuggets. Insisted to go inside even though it's drive through. Having just had terrible indoor service I respectfully declined to go inside. Then guess what? No food. And no refund. I just wanted something warm and semi affordable to eat as a quick meal during my lunch break. Ya know the one you treasure when you work 60 plus hours a week? And just to note — this wasn’t a one-time thing. I’ve had similar experiences at other locations, like the Kalamazoo McDonald’s, where I paid through the app, waited 15 minutes, was told to park… and never even got my food. That’s $20 gone with no food and no apology. I work over 60 hours a week — I don’t have time or money to waste on a chain that doesn’t respect either. I get a very limited amount of break time. And it takes me the entire break just to show up and pick up food and get back in time for work. I know what working for McDonald's is like I'm a former employee crew trainer. But it's your job to provide customer service not take your anger out on me. If you can't even give me the food I pay for. Then maybe you should be running a post office. Cause I get friendlier service in my local gas station and they know me by name and smile. I've trained the people, taken the orders, handled complaints, cooked the food, clean the vomit in the play place that a kid threw up on the second floor of the inside kid area. And I also swept up the cigarette butts that people just HAVE to throw on the floor and in the parking lot. I mean the trash can is...
Read moreStraight up AWFUL customer service. I had a mobile order specifically ordered ahead of time so I could make it to work on time. the lady on the speaker asked if I was using the mobile app and then confirmed my NAME. (NOT THE CODE) keep this in mind. As I pull up to the window they hand me the wrong order. I tell them that it wasn’t what I ordered and the gal told me I was wrong and to look at my receipt & then shut the door in my face. Then I pull back around with the confirmation of what I actually ordered on the mobile app. I told the lady that she didn’t even ask for my code. She told me that I was pretty much lying and that she always asks for the code. I told her that I had proof of what I ordered and I wanted to show it to her. Instead, she replied that she couldn’t and that I should pull over and go inside to speak with a manager. With that being said, I ended up calling the place to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone was the same gal. She wouldn’t get a manager on the phone and was extremely condescending for no reason. Then she hung up the phone while I was still talking. I always respect employees in the food industry. bc I’ve been there, done that. This gal took advantage of my time, money, & respect. I’m appalled by the behavior that she showed me. Really wish I got her name…. Simply a lazy &...
Read more2-12 It's amazing to me how these corporations math doesn't add up or is about cheating you. An english muffin is more expensive than 2 mcgriddles but adds eggs, meat cheese to both and that reverses and the Mcgriddles becomes much more expensive. Biscuits are the same price as an English muffin but a sausage egg biscuit is ¢70 more expensive than a sausage McMuffin with Egg? AND the muffin comes with cheese???? Yet a sausage McMuffin is ¢50 more than a sausage biscuit? So they're just basically saying prices are based on popularity and their going to milk every penny from your wallet.
And on a side note the "Premium" Hot chocolate they charge over $3 for is just a packet of Swiss Miss Coco they pay less than ¢10 for. And that's first hand as I watched grab a pack from a bulk Swiss Miss box and make a cup. Add Coco, cup, water, labor and their still making probably 2000% profit.
8-8 This is my usual breakfast spot. Today I stopped in for lunch. Ordered a Big Mac and sweet tea to go. Ordered extra lettuce and onions on my sandwich. Got neither. There was less than a normal amount of each. And even though I was waiting the entire time at the counter and my order of sweet teas was marked completed I had to ask for my cups when the Big Mac order was ready. It's disheartening because they're always on the ball...
