If I can give a 0 star I would. Staff including the manager of the day were rude--well, she claimed that she was the manager, but she didn't have a manager uniform (she wore a Tshirt that says root beer I think). We ordered a happy meal and other food via app. In the app, it says the toy will be MarioKart. My kids were collecting them, so we choose to go to this location to eat. When I found the toy was an old sonic toy from the summer, I talked to the girl at the counter. She had no idea what I was talking about, so she asked another girl. We were told that they were out of the MarioKart toy. So we sat down and ate. My kid opened her toy, then we saw the kids next to us open their happy meal boxes and take out the MarioKarts...I walked to the counter again and asked about MarioKart. She said they couldn't find it at first. She said I can pay for one. When I asked to talk to a manager regarding the issue, she said she was the manager (the girl has the root beer Tshirt on). I don't think I need to pay for their mistakes of being disorganized. She insisted that if I want a MarioKart, I need to pay for it. The whole restaurant is run by a bunch of teenagers who have no customer service skills, or just don't care about anything. I think she was lying to me when she said they were out of MarioKart. She just did not care to make a little kid happy. When I found out that they do have MarioKarts, she blamed us for opening the toy we received earlier, otherwise she would replace the MarioKart for us. What do you expect when you give a kid a toy? Expect them not open it especially after you told them that's all they have? Disappointed at this McDonald for its rule, unprofessional, careless staff that won't admit and fix...
Read moreStopped by this McDonalds for the first time on Friday, 08/08/25, at 10:22am, and ordered a " Big Breakfast" meal. The meal came to $8.46. After placing my debit card in the card reader, $8.46 was removed from my account, which was evidenced by the screen on the card reader. And, for in which I pointed out to who appeared to be the assistant Manager. However, the Supervisor on shift informed me that the computer did not register the transaction, where at which time I attempted to place my card in the card reader for a second time. At this juncture $2.77 was then taken off my card(I had a total of $11.00 in this particular account/ Yes I was relatively broke at the time?) Needless to say the Management vehimenately insisted that there was no record on their register indicating that the $8.46 was removed from my card. I then proceeded to call 5/3'rd Bank and verify the transaction. The Management continued to attempt to argue that they hadn't made a mistake and so I turned the volume up on my phone and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were in error. As it turned out, the staff, frustrated, then literally accosted me and claimed that I had used the N word, which genuinely was not the case and after giving me my "Big Breakfast" informed me "don't come back." I have never had a worse encounter with McDonalds Employee's in my life, bar none, and will never eat at this McDonald's again. The Manager was standing there the whole time and did absolutely nothing to intervene. The Manager did however refund $2.77 that was unnecessarily removed...
Read moreI would not consider myself much of a “Karen” by any means but my experience with the Fulton St McDonald’s made me reconsider that. My car broke down on Friday (1/19) at 9:30 pm. I spoke with the MOD that night who said my car would be fine until Monday as no service shops were open until then and she said she’d make a note for the other managers. I attempted to call the store Saturday afternoon, twice Sunday evening, and finally twice more this morning (Monday 1/22) to confirm that I contacted a service shop and they were coming to get my car that day. The store did not answer once, and I live 20-30 minutes from the location so I cannot go and physically talk to the manager with no car. I got a ride to the store at 1:00pm to let them know the shop was on their way within the next hour, when I see a tow truck pull in. I was a little freaked out (I’m young, I depend on my car for work & school), but I never was disrespectful or raised my voice. The GM was rude from the get-go, and accused me of never calling the store even after showing her my phone log with the number I got from Google. Luckily, they never ended up towing my car, but I was just astonished as someone who’s worked in food that I was treated like this for something that was NOT MY MISTAKE. Food is fine when I went but I’ll think twice about coming if whoever the “GM” is still...
