Edit Review: 5/28/2021 After 6 months of not ordering I decided to give Mr. Pizza another chance. This time I did the pick up so it was nice and hot. Ordered Two large pizza. One deluxe and one Meat lovers. Also I wasn't the only one rating the quality of the pizza it was my kids. They said it was very big piece and they liked it very much. My daughter's only comment was the meat lover didn't have enough cheese. It good quality pizza.
So I have ordered three different occasions, always being delivered to my place of work. This last time I ordered a custom pizza, two orders of cheese bread and a two litter. I did it online with instructions to leave it at the emergency children hospital. I was so worried my order wasn't going to arrive that I called and told them where the order needed to go. So I was at work waiting 45 mins past nothing 1hrs past nothing. I went to out security to check if anything was delivered and nothing. I called again asking about my order and they said they would call me back because the drive was out making our delivery. I stood there waiting and again nothing by this time it was already 2hrs past since I ordered. I was frustrated. Then I get a call saying drive left order. After that I got a voice-mail from driver saying It was left it at front entrance of hospital. Well I went to front office because I work in ER children which is not the same and yup sure enough my order was there. I talked to that security and he told me my order had been there for 1hr and 40 mins. It was cold. I was mad at this point and apparently the drive told security he was just going to leave there and call me to get it. He never called. Then he states that I should of been more specific to where delivery should have been made. Clearly I wrote which entrance. I tried called the restaurant to inform them of what happened apparently no manager or owner was on site not even a supervisor, worst experience ever. Lady told me she wanted my information to tell owner of what happened and guess what nothing happened because I didn't receive a phone call back. Usually I don't complain as much but my order came out to close to $49 for a cold pizza 2 orders of cheese bread and 2 litter pepsi. Not my idea of...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I ordered at 1130 and was told it would be between an hour and an hour and 15. I ordered 1 steak and cheese sub no mayo with Italian dressing, a large pepperoni extra sauce and 2 pops. At about an hour and 15 I called to check on it. They lady was rude and told me it was gonna be another 30 min. I got it at 1:13 and its when I noticed 2 subs that looked horribly made with mayo on them and no Italian dressing. One sub had a bug in it. Looked like a 🦟. I was soooo grossed out. Yes it was a bug. My daughter then says the pizza has just about no sauce on it. I called the place annoyed that it took almost 2 hours and was wrong and had bugs in it. They asked to either remake it or I could bring it back down to the lobby and they would come back and pick it up. I offered to send them pictures . They didn't want pictures back they wanted the food. I was so upset we waited And just wanted my money back. I had to go all the way down to the lobby again and drop the pizza off it was so frustrating after waiting that whole time to get horrible food with a bug in it and and in it took longer than it was supposed to. Extremely disappointing. If there's another place order from them. I understand being a small business owner that reviews matter. But just because you're a small business does not mean you can serve stuff like this and be so inaccurate. Saying that is an excuse. Especially when it keeps happening. It seems to be an ongoing thing with the reviews that are left. Seems the response Is that you're a small business and to call or be understanding. I called twice and your staff was rude they didn't care about inconveniencing the customer and possibly making me sick. Maybe after so many reviews there needs to be a bigger change. Horrible pizza, a bug in my sub and things wrong on my order and took longer. I ended up bringing right back to the lobby and just keeping the 2 litlers of pop since they seem to be the only thing good that they didn't make and buying TV dinner from the hotel desk. Read morePretty dismal overall expirience, but the food was good when we finally got it. Placed a delivery order at 12:20a and was told 45min. No big deal, standard. Hadn't heard anything or seen the driver by 1:20a, called to check and got told there had been a mistake with the order and it had to be remade, should be on it's way. Again, no big deal, mistakes happen. Still no word or contact by 1:45a. Called again and was told they couldn't reach the driver but he should be there any minute. Important to note that the store is a 5min drive away and there was no traffic that time of night. I called again at 2:20a and get told that the driver got "told by someone who answered the door that nobody ordered anything." Several problems with this as I had payed by credit card over the phone, my apartment building has no buzzer system of any kind, and there is keycard only access for both door and elevator. Nobody to answer a door, no way to even get to the right floor without keycard. No phone call to me as had been requested, and 20+ floors in the building. All in all a very unlikely story. They offered to remake the pizzas and send the driver back. At this point that had been proven less than reliable. I ended up picking up the pizzas myself at about 3am. After speaking to a manager today, I was offered nothing more than an appology. Definitely not a great expirience at all.
