My fiancé was being diacharged on Sunday and there was a primary insurance on there still from when he was 25 and he is now 26 and can’t be covered by his father’s insurance. The lady there said there’s nothing we can do for you. You have to contact them and Medicaid and that can take up to 24hrs. So I drove to Plainfield where my sister is a pharmaceutical tech and they took care of absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! Needless to say screw this pharmacy I suggest Meijer on Plainfield!!!! Read moreI feel like there is always a problem with my prescription. I'm type 1 diabetic, I come in monthly for my insulin and always have to jump through hoops to get the right insulin at the right time run through the correct insurance for the correct price. It's always a battle. Communication between the staff members does not seem to be the greatest, I often have to explain the same thing to multiple people. They are typically helpful and friendly on the phone, but I don't feel like it excuses the point of sale problems that I experience every time I come in.

The previous 2 times I have gone there to pick up a prescription they let me in no problem, but this time they told me I couldn't go in at all and that I needed to get my prescription delivered. I don't have 2-4 business days to get my prescription mailed, I needed it tonight and they basically told me to pound sand. Last time I had my medication delivered it arrived 3 days late.
