Most horrible experience at a restaurant ever. My family had been traveling all day and we were very hungry. There was only 1 person working which isn't the horrible part, but she didn't know what she was doing. I got the nastiest wrap ever. I asked for the cesear wrap, which comes with rotisserie style chicken. She didn't even know what chicken went on it. Then she proceeded to dump the whole container of juice and chicken upside down on my wrap. Didn't heat the meat in the container , just put cold meat on the wrap.i asked her to heat it up and she just stuck the whole thing in the microwave. It was still ice cold and that's not how you make the wrap. You put the meat in a container. I'm not supposed to have to ask to have it heated. It's automatically supposed to be when you order that wrap. When I got it it was cold, wet,and gross . It was absolutely disgusting. I've never seen such bad service in my life. I had to buy a new sandwich and while all my family got to eat, I didn't and had to wait cause we had to leave. Read moreI came here the other night and was serviced by ONE girl who not only made a bomb a** sub, but still ensured that she was providing the best customer service, greeting me and my partner, and making the sub as we wanted... however i came to this same location last night around 8:30pm and received completely different service from Lunden. Immediately when we walked in, there was another worker, on the phone having a personal conversation the entire time we were trying to order, talking about how they were closing early which you’re not supposed to do, I shouldn’t have to say this, and Lunden was horrible, rude, and nasty, and I will be calling corporate for such horrible service. Read moreI’ve gone to this Subway for years and have rarely had problems until recently. We placed an order online yesterday and it said it would be ready by 8 PM. After I had been waiting for several minutes after that, an employee asked if I was waiting for an online order. I showed her the confirmation email with all the details but they just said they never got it. They said the app should say it was cancelled but it did not. She just repeated that they never got it. They never even offered to make it! Very disappointed especially since they’re usually great. I can understand that mistakes happen with online ordering (have worked in food service myself) but the fact that they took zero responsibility and never offered to make it was astounding.
