I visited your location today and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your workers, Sam. From the start of my order, she had an attitude for no reason.
I ordered a tuna sub and specifically asked for the bread to be toasted with cheese. Since the meat area is covered by the mirror glass, I couldn’t see what she was doing, and she had already started putting tuna before I could confirm. For the cheese, she spoke while looking down, and I didn’t hear her clearly. Instead of politely repeating herself, she loudly yelled, “WHAT CHEESE?” as if I didn’t understand English.
I want to be clear: I speak English perfectly fine, and I have even worked at Subway before, so I know how the process works. Read moreUnfortunately my feedback for THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION of Subway is terrible...I've had several bad experiences of them being out of food and bread but this morning when my boyfriend got us subs for brunch "KYLE" helped him and ruined the subs from start to finish...there was only Monterey cheddar or wheat bread to choose from at 11am (I've worked for subway..we all know you need more than that!) Read moreI went it at 9pm and waited behind a lady and her kiddos as they placed an order of 4 footlongs. Then when it was my turn the young associate with a beard says he just received an online order and that I had t wait even though I was there before the online order. Either this location does not care about it's in store customers or maybe it's my shade of color. As a Latino working in town from business for the past 2 months, this has been my only bad experience here in Grand Rapids.
