My friend & I were utterly shocked at the complete lack of respect we were shown here tonight. The bartender not only acted as if we were bothering her, she blatantly told us we were. If I’m not mistaken, it’s a bartenders job to serve drinks & take drink orders, which would include answering questions pertaining to said drinks. As you can see here in the photo I attached; their drink menu includes selections such as: “Windex”, “Smurf Piss”, & “Surfer on Acid”. I beg your pardon? I had no idea what these drinks contained. So I then asked what 2 of the drinks included. When I attempted to ask my second question, the bartender then responded with; “honey this isn't 20 questions, I’m not answering anymore questions tonight, pick your drink & let’s go.” I was appalled. My friend had to verbally correct her on my behalf. This was my first time at this establishment & I will not be returning.

Tried TC for the first time last night. Walked in to a pretty empty place. 1 other table being used. Neither worker behind bar welcomed us. Took table. Spent the next 10 minutes watching 1 worker on his cell phone, and the other worker stare at the walls. No one ever came to take our drink order, etc. After 15 minutes and catching us watchi him, one bartender screamed from behind the bar "Do you guys want anytihing?" across the place. At this point, we had waited long enough and decided to visit another local establishment nearby and were treated like they actually wanted us there. As we were leaving, the bartenders also had some rude things to say about us that they probably didnt think we heard, but we did. Dont waste your time with this place. They simply dont care.

My favorite bar I'm Grand Rapids. Join a water pong tournament, play trivia, start the shot or can tour, win a shirt for competing. I'm currently 31 shots down of 50- "It's not a race, it's a marathon ..." Can't wait to get my Super Mario Tin Can shirt. Come check it out, there are food specials, Jenga, darts, and plenty of new friends to make.

WELL DRESSED FOREIGN BUSINESS MEN NOT ALLOWED!!!! The management at this establishment do not seem to be sober enough after midnight to read government official paperwork used for identification. I witnessed the door guy refuse entry to this group of 3, well dressed people in line. There were 2 guys and and a gal. What caught my eye was their attire, thinking they were a good looking group. I could hear the group asking for a reason they were not going to be let in and the door guy wouldn't give them a reason. Then another tin can guy came up, didn't try to figure out what was going on, just walked up and said, "he said No entry, just leave." I had to know what was going on so I approached them as they walked away. The jist of what happened: two of them had regular ID's, the 3rd had ppwk from homeland security to prove he could be here, student visa ppwk. When the 3rd guy gave them his ppwk, the guy immediately said you two can go in, but not this guy (the one with the ppwk). The gal asked why and they wouldn't give them a reason. She asked if it was because he was brown! That's when the other came up and told them all to go, still not giving them a reason. I do NOT tolerate discrimination, if it was because TIN CAN saw color, race, couldn't read the ppwk presented, couldn't understand a very minor accent, or hit their ratio of foreigners in the bldg, TIN CAN showed they are not worth returning to. The group was very interesting, nice people. So sorry they had to be treated like that. TIN CAN should be ashamed of themselves. No, I was not in the Tin Can. I was walking to my car when I saw...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been before and had no issues, but on this occasion I was deeply frustrated with what I consider to be the poor management at this establishment. I went in with a group of friends on Saturday evening. I was waiting to use the women's restroom, which had a line of about 15 women. Once it became an emergency for me to use the restroom, I decided to use the mens which had no line. Once I left the bathroom a man approached me and stated that I needed to leave because I had used the wrong bathroom. I looked up at him and asked "are you kidding me?" He said he was not and so I said "Okay". I was frustrated and maybe rude to him, but I was compliant and agreed to leave, but he continued physically pushing me out of the bar even after I told him that I was leaving and asked him to stop touching me. At this point in time he told me that what I had done was illegal-which by the way it isn't. If I had only been asked to leave, that would be one thing...annoying, but whatever...but to have someone put their hands on me and physically push me was unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I was 100% compliant and not aggressive, physical, or violent.

I understand that you have to run your establishment, but whoever that man was is on some sort...

If I could give no stars I would. The wait staff, mainly the bartenders, have no sense of actually serving a customer. I was in on a Friday night at around 9:30 pm with the bar about half full. I waited in line with a friend for a drink. After watching most of the bar tenders move lackadaisical and sit and chat with each other for extended times, the bar tender came down to us. 3 of us ordered. I ordered in the middle of the two other gentlemen. The bar tender made the others' drinks and did not make mine. The friend that was paying gave his card while asking about my drink. His response was, "not my problem" I waited in line for him and he would not acknowledge me. I will never set foot in this bar again, I will never spend a dollar in this bar. I was not intoxicated (this was the first stop of the night, and first drink) and there was no reason to treat a patron that asks(including with a please at the end) to be treated that way. I worked in a bar for a long time during college, I know patrons can be trying so I try and make sure I am never a customer like that. Others in our party had a hard time gettimg served as well, starting at 730pm when few were in the bar. This bar needs to do some major soul searching about how to treat...
