What a horrible family night out. We had six adults and two kids. Knowing we are a lager party we called a few days before to make reservations. Informed they would have the event lady return my call to confirm as they can't take reservations without the planing manager. No call was ever returned. We showed up regardless and and waited a good 7 minutes before being acknowledged. The hostess then upset for the amount of our people said she would need help before she could seat us. Lets wait some more! YAY.... After it was an issue to push two tables together we finally get situated, or so we thought. My father tried to order a red strip (beer). Server came out stating they are out. After two more tries on ordering a drink he ask what she has that he can order on draft. After the list is given, he orders a voodoo. She returns again stating they are out. Once the drink issue was then resolved she brought our drinks to the table dropping the tray with half the drinks. Two glasses broke directly under us. The broken glass was never cleaned until mid dinner when we finally got a different server to do so as we had two younger kids that are now getting restless. Back to ordering dinner. Ordering dinner was much like the drink issue in the start. Many menu items they no longer had available. Mind you this was Saturday night at 5pm. ( How do they even make it through the weekend?!?) Food was okay however nothing memorable. Now that we had a less then satisfied dinner time for the bill. Gratuity was already added witch was very much expected with a party our size. Thus giving the server a $30 tip she well didn't deserve. NOW THE FUN PART! Monday comes around and bank statement comes . The server decided she needed to go ahead and double her tip. After many attempts to call a manager with no luck there at all we have to dispute our bill. (good thing we kept our copy!) What a beautiful restaurant to be such a big disappointment! Now the cherry on top. The whole reason we ate here was it was good when i went with friends on Feb 25th. After reading the reviews of servers taking lager tips when processing cards i thought i should check mine from this date. Sure enough the server took a $16 tip on the $6 i left her. Dinners BEWARE!!!! Check your bank statement if you choose to attempt this place or pay cash only!!!!!! Hope this help save the next sorry person who may fall victim...

Interestingly, reservations were made the day before but upon arrival the crew was clueless about prior reservations and suggested we sit wherever we wanted. Since the place was virtually empty, we chose to slide a couple tables together in the front room. Emily served us and reminded that happy hour was still on for 16 minutes. OK, let's go, and we ordered a round of drinks and water.. Half the order was delivered, and to get the remainder of the order, we needed to ask. Then, one of the staff handed us a Quesedilla order that as later discovered to be for the table next to us. 30 minutes after arrival, the remainder of the happy hour drink order arrived, after which we realized that the happt hour special was 50% off with 1/2 size glasses. I kid you not. So, seeing how this was going to evolve, we ordered another round and food. 30 minutes later (1 hour after arrival), the drinks had not yet arrived so I made inquiries to Emily who was manipulating the server app/ tablet behind the bar. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager which I gladly obliged. Shortly thereafter, 4 of the six drinks arrived but one was incorrect, with the food to follow shortly thereafter. The manager was apologetic, but vociferously stated that they were short staffed. OK, but the entire joint had 6-8 people at the bar, another party of 6, and another table of 4 patrons. I understand service degradation when a business is busy and when staff are not what is needed. However, there were 4 staff plus whoever was in the kitchen. I asked about their takeout demand and was referred to the staffing issue. This was just about the worst service our entire party has ever...
Read moreWe came here during covid and loved the private rooms. The food was great service was great. We did karaoke there after things opened up and loved it. I wish I could give better ratings, but I have to drop this down to a lower star. We went this last Friday and it was so disappointing. We were seated fairly quickly, but we sat at the table for nearly 20 minutes before we were given a menu. Two tables around us had people walk out from lack of service. We were able to leave until someone finally came over. This was nearly 40 minutes after sitting. She said it wasn't her area so I don't if someone quit, or if they were short staffed and the assigned waitress quit.
The food came and I ordered a second beer. The garlic parm wings had nearly no sauce on them. They were dry and overcooked. My wife had the pulled pork MAC and asked for no ham. It came with ham, the Mac was watery and soupy, and the pulled pork was so salty it was inedible. No part of this dish should even have salt and it tasted like they dumped the whole shaker on it.
I finished mine, she couldn't finish hers. We waited another half hour before we finally flagged the waitress down for our bill. She was just now, 30 minutes later, bringing the second drink I ordered. I asked her to remove the drink and cash us out. I wasn't going to slam a full beer before we left and we had already been there well over an hour.
She was busting her butt and busy, so we were friendly with her and tipped well because it wasn't her fault she was juggling an area that wasn't hers and she didn't have control over the food.
I don't think I'll ever go back unfortunately. Even taking service out of the equation, the food was absolutely horrible. Definitely not the same restaurant we...
