Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Terrace

I ordered delivery, 1 pizza, 1 order of bbq wings with bleu cheese, and 1 order of parmesan knots.

The wings and sauce were wrong. Everything else was great. I received hot wings with ranch. I called the store and was hung up on three times by "Robert" or the"GM Eli".

I finally decided to drive my wrong delivery order to the store and get an explanation, and the "GM" said they hung up on me cuz I said I couldn't wait and the customer in front of them was most important because they were first. I told him I already ordered and paid so I was actually first, yet he decided l wasn't that relevant.

I got angry and tossed my WRONG order to him, and he threatened me with calling the police, which he did.

After a bit of waiting, and talking to the local police, I was fully reimbursed because he decided to refuse service at that point.

I don't like that I was threatened with police because I was upset with my wrong order, or having to go there personally.

Clearly I didn't do anything wrong since I wasn't arrested, charged, or detained. Seems like a waste of the local PD's time from a franchisees "GM" as well as a waste of my time.

The "GM" told the local PD that they don't want my business anymore. That's fine by me, but I love Domino's, guess I'm going to Colton instead of...

I placed an online order using the 3 toppings for 7.99 coupon. the toppings offer four quantity choices, lite, regular, heavy, ( a little more), and extra, (a double portion according to the online menu). With two of my three toppings I clicked the heavy button. My online price total was 10.99. When I went to pick it up it was 12.99. I asked why. Someone, presumably a supervisor since she was wearing a different style shirt than all the others, told me that because they are a franchise they can't control what gets put on the website, including prices and quantities that may be different. The quantities were different for me. I ordered "heavy" for two toppings but apparently the computer system at the Grand Terrace Domino's is different than the one used for online ordering. It turns the heavy option into extra and then charges even more than the online ordering website shows. All this according to the person I spoke with. That's why they charged me double for toppings even though I didn't order double. She didn't offer even an apology. She told me I should just call my orders in from now on to make sure I get the current prices for this franchise. So just beware that this Domino's prices may be higher, and the quantities different than the Domino"s website...

First time I ordered here we ordered in store. We waited a reasonable amount of time and went home in a hurry, excited to eat our pepperoni with sausage pizza. When we got home A SLICE WAS MISSING!!!! We immediately went back to the store with the pizza and got a new one. Seems like the pizza we were originally given was an old pizza that was sitting there.

The next time we went we ordered 2 medium pizzas each one having 3 toppings, ONLINE for delivery. Both pizzas had random toppings. One of them had 5+ toppings with stuff like onions, jalapenos, etc. Like thanks for the extra toppings but not at all what I wanted. One the pizzas was supposed to be barbeque and it was marinara. This place just cant seem to get it right. Do not order from here in the evening they get absolutely everything wrong!!!!!!!! Worst location in all of riverside, what a waste of money to get literally everything I ordered WRONG.

Seems like the people here are just freestyling and adding whatever they like to the pizza instead of your order. Do not order delivery because you will not be able to verify if your order is even correct and will be forced to pay for a pizza you didn't even want.
