All three employees were sitting in the booths eating when I arrived. The newest employee (who later stated it was her first day) got up and started my order. She struggled the entire order. The other two girls sat back and laughed as if it was funny. Finally the other two girls came behind the counter as other customers arrived. None of these employees washed their hands before making these sandwiches. Gloves or not there is a sink behind the counter for a reason. My sandwiched was slopped together and impossible to eat. I asked them to package it so it was at least edible and they acted like my request was unreasonable. The only employee with what you could tell to be a little experience finally offered to reward my sandwich after I asked for a refund. I wanted a fountain drink and they said they hadn’t filled it with ice and it didn’t really work. The store was very filthy. What has happened to the integrity of Subway? Clearly there’s a lack of training and/or a responsible shift manager on duty. Very dissatisfied after spending $15 on a sandwich. I requested the managers name and/or a comment card but...
Read moreThe sandwiches are good, but not great. But they're priced pretty high. For this kind of money, there's much better choices out there. However, the cookies are like crack, and are very reasonably priced.
Good selection of chips, but again, the prices are high. The same chips cost less at the vending machine where I work.
Nothing against this particular Subway, but the parent company seems to have lost the magic that made it one of the fastest growing chains for a really long time--low prices, good quality, and healthier than other fast food.

Read moreThis place ALWAYS has something going on. We moved close by and have ordered 3 times so far and haven't had a smooth transition. First two times they were out of lettuce to they loaded up the spinach. By that I mean spinach made up half the sandwich. We scooped most of it out. The third time we ordered online and showed up when it said it was ready only to find out they couldn't make the sandwich and we had to select something else. There was only one employee so we had to wait quite a while. We love subway, but we got burned by this one too many time to ever try again.
