541Fusion — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I drove 32 miles to go try this place based off of reviews. While the portion was okay, I'm being a bit biased due to always buying a Chicken Yakisoba dinner from another place and they served more in a to go box, having a scoop of Rice and a small portion of Oriental coleslaw for $10. I paid $14 here, so no perceived value. I asked for their slaw, which was $3 and while it was a good size, not enough flavor, sauce, dressing was not enough to excite my palette as tasty. Don't get me wrong, the food was good and my wife and son ordered different dishes, but they also felt theirs were lacking a little bit as well. If I'm going to spend money, drive the distance or be a repeat customer nowadays, unless there is value or something a bit more that pulls you back to return again. It's seems like hit and miss in trying out new places, as prices go up and portions...

541Fusion is hands down the best FAST food truck around! The explosion of flavors in dishes like the Yakisoba Noodles, Sweet & Spicy Chicken or Beef, and Cucumber "salad" keeps me coming back for more. The food is so delicious that I'm already craving my next bite—don’t forget the Rangoons, OMG! They even offer a complete vegetarian meal with rice, fresh veggies, and eye-popping flavors. Chef Alex is both creative and quick, masterfully blending multiple cuisines into one unforgettable fusion experience. With an inviting atmosphere and dishes that hit every note, 541Fusion is a must-try. A solid 10 out of 10—highly recommend! And did I mention the weekly specials? 541Fusion is an amazing hidden gem for fusion food lovers!... Its my favorite fast...

Soaring around the world.. what flavor what amazing portions and who doesn't love a good chicken and rice bowl plus they gave me some extra broth for a few bucks. I Just had come out of the hospital after a major procedure and my hungry tummy needed some happy food... happiest meal I've had in a very long time... great prices, gentle service, and a caring attitude made this my flavortastic stop when ever I'm rolling through GP and Chicken and rice is on my mind!!! Get it 541 Fusion! Worth...
