On February 5th at approximately 8:30 pm I received my order from Ediburtos Taco Shop, that I had delivered by Door Dash because I was snowed in. I ordered the carnitas fajita plate, among other items, which costs a little over $20.00, alone. Looking at my order I noticed that they forgot to put my corn tortillas in the bag for my fajitas, and they sent only one of two Sidral Mundel sodas that I had ordered. I called Ediburtos Taco Shop and explained to the male that answered the phone my problem. He told me I had to go back into door dash, send them a message about what happens and I would get a replacement fajita plate for free. So that's exactly what I did. Only to get a $4.73 refund and 50%0 off my next order through door dash. So I called Ediburtos Taco Shop, again, and explained this to the same male that answered the first time. He then tells me to get it replaced I have to bring what I have back into him. I'm snowed in. Or I could have another dasher bring me out my tortillas. I payed a mandatory $15.00 tip to have the Dasher bring me my incomplete order. This is horrible customer service. I will never suggest anyone I know to eat there and since when is the meat in fajitas...
Read moreIâve given this spot two shots and each time was a let down. The first time a kid with cuts all over his arms took my order in a super short tempered attitude. When my food arrived I asked if I could get a side of limes which was immediately meet with a comment from the worker that the limes would be extra. Maybe we are just spoiled with other Mexican food spots in Grants Pass, but they sure do give of cheap vibes when it comes to salsa and normal condiments that you would never be charged extra for in other spots. The second time I went unfortunately I got the same worker, and again the same rushed/rude treatment, and when my order was ready basically went in hid in the back so that I could t ask him for salsa. Just seems super cheap to operate in that way, and your workers sure could get a couple of classes in customer appreciation. Itâs a shame because the food is decent, but they should definitely find people that want to work with better attitudes. Itâs Mexican food, condiments should be on available at some type of salsa bar or something, I mean the prices are already high...
Read moreMy son, who works for Door Dash recommended that my wife and I give Ediberto's a try, since he makes a lot of deliveries for them. Being that I grew up in Montebello/East Los Angeles, I'm always looking for good Mexican Food Restaurants and this place didn't disappoint! The service is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is great! Most of all, the food is absolutely delicious, as well as very authentic. My wife ordered the Chimichanga with chicken, and I ordered the Chili Relleno, with rice and beans, along with the three Soft Tacos with rice and beans. Every single item was fresh, properly made, and extremely flavorful, and we even had enough food leftover for lunch the next day. Make sure to stop at the Salsa Bar before you leave, the salsas were just like they should be, spicy and tasty! Definitely our favorite Mexican Restaurant from now on! In fact, I'm getting hungry as I write this review. Taco salad and a side order of chips with guacamole sounds pretty good...
