So my sister-in-law ordered online from this Grants Pass location. On our way up we stopped by to pick up her order for a dinner together. My wife waited in line due to it being Saturday and busy and covid. When she got up to the counter the male employee stated there was no order placed.
Another employee asked if perhaps her order was called to the other grants pass store in which she disappeared for 5 minutes as my wife waited to see if perhaps her sister ordered from the wrong store. The lady came back and told the mail employee that there was no order at the other store. My wife stood by patiently but this mail employee never made eye contact with her or gave her the information until my wife asked "was that concerning me" and then he said oh yes your pizzas are not there.
At this point my wife exited the store, got on the phone with her sister, got the confirmation number got the email of the confirmation and then went back and waited in line again. Once the line dwindled and she got back in the store another customer behind her came up and went to the left side of the counter and said that she had an online order to pick up without waiting in line. There was no sign directing anyone here.
My wife then asked if that was for online orders and phones in's, to which she was told yes. She then gave my sister-in-law's name and received the pizzas that had been waiting; already paid for online, there the whole time that the male employee evidently was unaware of where to pick up or direct any customer. It was a good 30 minute trip at least and when she complained she received no recompense. Very poor...
Read moreBeen a very loooong time customer. Picked up a pizza that I could doctor up at home. Turns out the crispy bacon was NUCLEAR SALTY. So much in fact that it RUINED the pie! I called to report my complaint. I asked the gentleman on the phone IF they recently changed their brands of ingredients. He replied no they didnt. I also asked if we could get our pizza comped. Was told no again. Said he would have a manager contact me and asked if I could hold. Sure. He got back on the phone and said BEST he could do was a few dollars off my next order. Sooo.... the $11 I just spent I have to EAT cuz UR PRODUCT was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE... Geeez.... THANKS!! He FINALLY coughed up and said they no longer use Fresh Express delivery service as of late. Pizza toppings use to be 50 cents each a few years back. Then they JUMPED to $1.00 each and got told by an employee not only that but MANAGEMENT told them to DECREASE portion size. Well now theyre $1.50 each and THIS is what u have to look forward to. Get a bad pizza crust from a grocery store. U have a receipt... here u go with a free replacement. Dominos... Abbys... theyll take care of u. Papa Murphys... No Thanks! I'll spend my money elsewhere! In fact, they stay in business from Oregon Trail...
Read moreHad a bad experience for a delivery order off of the app they delivered the wrong pizza and made me responsible for returning the wrong pizza to them before they would give me the right one. I explained that I had paid for delivery because I couldn't leave. Then they blamed door dash. I told them I didn't order through door dash, I ordered through the papa murphys app. Long story short I had to get my door dasher to come back and take the wrong pizza back and get him to bring me the correct pizza. Of course I had to tip him more because he wasn't getting paid any more for the extra trips that were the fault of the restaurant for sending the wrong item.
