Wow!!! All I can say is what kind of people do they hire!!! This young girl named Lizbeth (or something like that) on 12/11 got upset due to the fact we asked for a bucket at 8pm said they don’t make any new food after 8. So I went ahead and ordered 3 cups of the nuggets. She then started to speak Spanish about how we has the audacity to ask for a bucket this late and some other things not knowing I speak Spanish I then asked for the manager name and number and told me how I’m not cute and how she will get her momma. Like...

I’m writing about the location inside the food court. My son left his bag with two pairs of jeans and a T-shirt that he bought from the Levi’s store. He left it underneath the table after he got his pretzel. He walked off and forgot the bag and a very nice employee, grabbed the bag and held it behind the counter. We can’t thank this employee enough for the kindness that is so hard to find in this world sometimes. Thank you for finding his bag in the middle of the food court on a busy day...

Looking at menu before they open.. the lady there snapped at me not open yet... Still , we went back later to get a pretzel. Start to talk and put order in "I would like this and this.,." And she walked away. She did that three times , we were about to leave, when she came back again I said "two of these and two of those.. ". she was very rude and snappy and acted like we were bothering her ...interrupting her ! If you don't want to interact with customers you need a different job...
