Coffee tastes great. Unfortunately never received my food after many guests after me did. I went up to let them know and there was no apology or anything about the error. I just asked for a refund since my flight was boarding and they said "I can't do that but my manager can later" okay no problem, but no acknowledgement of anything is wild. The cashier was friendly and nice but the woman making the food had the sourest and unapproachable look on her face which is why I went back in the line to talk to the cashier again for my refund instead of asking her at the pick up window because I didn't want to deal with an upset person regarding my food (or lack thereof).

There is not much of a line waiting because others already know it is terrible. No one was in line but it took forever to get our drinks because the 3 workers were chatting about their weekend plans. I wanted to jump back there to make it myself.
