For the record, it has been a long while since I've visited any Friday's location, let alone an airport-based one.. In my 20s (back in the early 1990s, mind you), Friday's was a bit of a staple for several friends and me, so today's visit brought with it a bit of nostalgia..
I sat at the bar and enjoyed a "Fri-Yay" margarita crafted with Patron Reposado and the other customary ingredients.. I also enjoyed an order of mozzarella cheese sticks..
Service at the bar was great, with all three bartenders ensuring I had what I needed over the course of my stay..
The margarita was pretty good, but not the best reposado-based margarita I've ever had.. That said, it hit the spot and was at a price point I expected for a top-shelf margarita in an airport..
The cheese sticks were exactly what I hoped they would be.. Served piping hot 🔥 with a great cheese pull and Friday's legendary marinara on the side.. These delivered the nostalgic vibe I hoped they would..
All in all, I'm glad I visited and will certainly consider visiting again when passing through this section of...

I would've given more stars but I was highly unsatisfied with my waitress. If the manager needs to know, table 60 around 9:35 AM on the date of this post. In the total amount of time I was there, I was only tended to when she received my drink/order. After that, she either proceeded to be on her phone, talk to her coworkers, or be absent from the floor. I observed that, aside from the talking trio, other servers were very attentive to their guest. While I can't prove it, I'm sure she looked at me and assumed I wouldn't tip much. I came wearing basketball shorts because, well, why be uncomfortable, and why draw attention? I started with a ice cold strawberry margarita and said to myself wow a slow buzz , reminded me of the buffet song " two pina coladas " I knew I was taking off but wanted to make it there , so I decided to order a french onion soup , the soup came out , the waiter recovering from what I think was rush hour . Suggested a dish so I looked and found a rib plate staring at me tempting me maybe even a challenge.. lol . I ordered the ribs and continued with the now cooler onion soup . The soup was boiling when it came out so I really wanted to taste it . Not it taste me lol . The favor was what you would expect and the temperature was not .. super hot ..but TASTY !!
