Setting the record straight here. Contrary to a review posted here, these fragrances last quite a long time as they only have 20-24 ingredients and are designed to combine for your own bespoke scent. One would have this knowledge if given the time to learn it from the stylists whom are all trained in this luxury brand. They offer a brief but relaxing complimentary Hand and Arm Massage which allows passengers to further discover the layering concept using fragrances the passenger loves. This also allows the passenger to see how the scent will last on them. This also contributes to the quality and longevity of the fragrance. But everyone's pH and body chemistry vary, so not all fragrances last the same on each person. This is why they custom-tailor the scent to each person so it is unique.
As far as the return policy goes, no; they will NOT accept returns from other airports as not all airports have the same vendor (e.g. 360/Hudson/DFA) especially if it has been used because they will not be able to sell it again. To be upset about being unable to return a used DFW Airport product at another Airport in a completely different state is like being upset that your Big Mac didn't have cheese on it and going to a completely different McDonald's down the street and they didn't allow you to get your money back. It makes no sense. The numbers on the receipt will not be compatible with their system whatsoever, and they are not and should not be held responsible for any mistake that was made elsewhere. NOT a scam. But nice try.

The attendant at this store won’t let anyone test the product - blaming it on COVID protocol - even though there aren’t any protocols and he wasn’t even wearing a mask. He embarrassed my wife in front of other customers to “train” her on the “protocol”. One of those instances when 1 star doesn’t justify this horrible experience.
This attendant needs more training on how to make customers feel welcome. He certainly doesn’t represent what Jo Malone wants their brand...
