It’s more of a 3.5 but I don’t think it deserves a round up. In terms of flavor, yea this place gets their bbq right. FIVE STARS for taste. At least the brisket anyways. I didn’t try the rest but if the do it all the same way as the brisket, then this is a great spot. But, really not impressed by the portions and honestly as simple as the menu is, the pictures posted from other reviews show not all items are on the menu. I don’t know, maybe it was just me but I felt like I could have enjoyed it more. Employees were nice and the place is clean. Airport adds about 15% so the price was high but I guess it was acceptable. If you don’t have a huge appetite and want to know what a good brisket taste like, definitely check this place out. The sandwich I got was about half the size I was expecting but...

May 1 2025 around 1800. Got a brisket sandwich, cookie, and water ($25)to go because it was completely packed and nowhere to sit. Sandwich was ok. Spied a corner low bar seat to huddle for five minutes while I ate but was immediatley addressed as soon as I sat down by the bartender who asked with a snarky attitude if she could get me anything. I said I just got to go and was stopping to eat real quick and she rudely told me to leave and that the seating was for bar customers only as she walked away. Pretty cool way to treat your customers huh? I fly through this airport frequently and first time eating at Cousins and will NEVER patron this establishment or any of their other locations again. If I could give no...

On 2 recent visits to terminal B I had the opportunity to eat lunch at Cousins ..On the first visit the associate saw my inexperience with Texas barbecue and suggested the chopped beef sandwich..on the second visit I requested the sliced beef..sliced was way more enjoyable.. Had the same young man making my food in both occasions. Very helpful and friendly associates..the female cashier saw my inexperience and prompted me with a few suggestions..very helpful.. Easy in out with large...

I had breakfast at Cousin’s BBQ in DFW Terminal B and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the breakfast taco with potatoes and eggs, and it was tasty, filling, and at a great price — especially for airport food. Service was quick and friendly, which made my early morning flight a little bit easier. Definitely worth a stop if you need a good breakfast before your flight. I was able to get a drink (apple juice) and a breakfast taco for around $10!

Gotta say, this gumbo can dance with the best of them down in New Orleans. Top notch seasoning, packing quite a bit of heat. There was plenty of shrimp, chicken, and sausage to make every bite nice and satisfying. Elizabeth was very kind and helpful at the front end. Overall this spot is very much worth heading to the back of the B terminals if you get the chance.
