MARCO's PIZZA NEW LOCATION IN GRAPEVINE AND SOUTHLAKE TEXAS at 2150 W Northwest Hwy Ste 117, Grapevine, TX 76051
IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SEE THE EMPLOYEES NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTER USING PERSONAL CELL PHONES AND TAKING FOOD PAYMENT AT THE REGISTER. THE EMPLOYEES WALKED FROM THE FRONT COUNTER, WALKED INTO THE KITCEHN AREA AND PREPARED PIZZA AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS.
THEY DID NOT PUT ON ANY GLOVES AND THEY DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. THE ENTIRE STAFF DID NOT WASH THEIR AFTER WALKING AROUND BEFORE PREPARING THE FOOD. I SAW 4 EMPLOYEES.
YOU CAN MAKE PEOPLE SICK AND SPREAD UNHEALTHY CONTAINMENTS FROM EMPLOYEES TO THE COMMUNITY.
Today, May 31, 2022 at 5:09 pm, a lady in training and her trainer, CJ. He was a white male that took my food order, after taking my order, she took out her cell phone, scrolling through her text messages.
A few seconds later, she was summoned by the white male, I believe his name was CJ over to assist him in the kitchen area Inwardly, I was hoping they were going to wash their hands after receiving the customers orders at the cash register.
The customer that was in front of me did not wait inside the store, I did, so I saw them not washing their hands.
I immediately asked the white male over to register and informed him it was unsanitary when someone does not wash their hands before picking up pizza dough, picking wings out of buckets and spreading food on the top of the pizza without washing your hands. Also, this is a health issue and I would like a refund receipt for my credit card and please CANCEL my order.
The white young male did not seem concerned and he responded by saying, it was not big deal if they did not wash their hands. I got my receipt and left the store at 5:13 pm.
This is very sad for Marco's Pizza in there new location in Grapevine and Southlake, Texas, eventually, someone is going to get very sick and this is not going to be good for Marco's Pizzas. It will not be me or any of my family, church members and friends.

Read moreTo whom it may concern, I just laced an order about an hour and a half ago. It was online, for delivery, with a nice tip. I promptly received a text asking for my gate code which I provided. I received a reply back stating see you soon. I sent a text back to the number after 50 minutes. I received no response. I then called the store. Things continued to slide but the customer service was non existent. I gave the details of the order requested. I was TOLD I had already received my order. I explained no I hadn't actually. The person repeats my address like I'm trying to trick them. Yes that's the address I gave. That's where I live. It's all I have to give and what everyone is provided. I receive deliveries weekly so I'm not sure the error is on my end. I was told " All Marcos can do is ask the driver" and with some tone. I work for a living also. I know the demanding public can be tough. I hadn't been until now. I did what was asked of me. I provided the information, I paid for the order, I replied to the texts, and when I DONT receive my order YOU'RE the one with an attitude? How is that? Public, on this occasion I can't recommend doing business with this store. When an issue arouse all I was given was attitude, denial, and discourteousness. Hopefully the phonecalls are recorded. marcos you have my 50 dollars, someone has my order besides me, but you don't think you're accountable? So many different outcomes could have happened. Read moreI ordered a pizza and salad from Marcos a few weeks ago. While i was eating the salad something hard jabbed into my tooth. After i got it out of my mouth I was struck to see a metal come out of my mouth and grew extremely concerned I may have swallowed sharp pieces of metal.
I called and went back to the Marcos that evening. The two people working took pictures, were surprised to see it and couldn't understand where it came from. They said they were sending a picture to the owner and I said she should call me. They refunded me for the salad.
My wife figured it may be from the puncturing portion of a can opener and that looks like the most likely source.
A week or so went by and I never heard back. I emailed a couple Marcos corporate emails I could find online letting them know what happened and that they should address this potential issue.
I never heard back from the local Marcos or corporate. I am a bit disappointed they weren't trying to assure me they were taking this seriously and let me know they were addressing the potential issue.
Incidents happen and luckily in my case I wasn't severely injured. I sincerely hope they are taking it seriously because someone may end up swallowing something like this and land in the...
