I usually enjoy my visits to McDonald’s, but this recent experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a coffee, apple pie, and a sandwich all of which are usually warm, comforting, and hit the spot. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm at best, the apple pie was served cold, and the sandwich didn’t feel freshly made either.
I understand how busy things can get during peak hours, but quality and temperature are key to a satisfying meal especially with items that are meant to be hot. A quick double-check before serving could really make a difference.
Staff was polite and the order was prepared quickly, which I appreciate. I just hope future visits offer a bit more consistency when it comes to freshness and food...
