P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Grapevine

Bad experience last night with the service and food quality has left such a bad experience that I will never want to come back. We arrived early around 4:20pm. As soon as we seated the waitress ask us what we wanted to drink and we were not give any menus or had a chance to think. She brought us the menu and she stayed there waiting for us to decide.  We order a water and a Prosecco and the server responded, “is that on the menu?”, “where is that under?” ; I could not believe her response, as if we were making things up.

We order our food also, my friend Orange chicken with friend rice, and I got Edamame, Chicken Lettuce Wrap because they have always been my favorite. When the food arrived, I just could not believe the presentation of the food.  First, there was no lettuce on the plate or no sauce, when she noticed she said “oops, I am going to go get the lettuce” and there was no slat on the Edamame.  when she return, I was shock at what I received, A piece lettuce that was clearly cut down the middle of the head of lettuce instead of peel off lettuce leave to make the wraps. I asked her has the menu change. She responded no, this is how they always look.

At this point I know I was not getting any sympathy or understanding from her, so I asked for the manager, where the server was so nice as to roll her eyes at me and left.  I continue eating my average looking Edamame because at this point, I am so hungry. When manager arrived, I asked the same question, “has the presentation or menu has change?” She also responded “no, they are the same” my response “Is not the same because I have order them before and it doesn’t look like this, and I am sorry but how exactly I can make a lettuce wrap with this?  is going to break when I try to separate the lettuce?”, Her response, “they have always been that way”. No they have NOT always been that way BECAUSE I ORDER THEM ALL THE TIME!!!! I will make a salad out of this: thank you.

We start eating, when two minutes later we received the checks. Really, we just stared eating our meal and the server is already bringing us the check.!???  She came back so see if our credit cards were place, and we responded no, not yet. We were never asked for another drink or had the opportunity to order a dessert which we always do, because at this point it was so clear that the server wants us out ASAP. Her attitude was unprofessional, and we were never given an opportunity to make us feel appreciated to be there or asked it wanted to order something else. You can see clearly our checks were printed at 5:16pm, we were there for less than an hour. This experience was so negative and The service at This location has definitely gotten worse and very disappointed. At this point i am not returning to PF Changs because it has left  bad...

We just dined here. On a road trip and decided to stop in since we had not been in a PF Changs in almost 4 years.

Our server was Chris very friendly. However, I felt this location is lacking on ALOT of hospitality and cleanliness.

First off my husband and I decided to do the Feast for 2 and prices starting at $19.99 I ordered the Mongolian beef which was an additional charge. When our food was brought out I asked if we could get some more of their paper napkins and the guy who brought our food brought me bathroom napkins.

The teriyaki chicken tasted more like sweet pineapple chicken it was so sweet and the fried rice had a weird taste to it. Extremely slow and I know we arrived right after lunch hustle but the food should still be consistent as well as the service.

Unless this is how this location is. But we were not impressed at all. I will say my Mongolian beef was good. The crispy green beans were good but after we ate the top the bottom was just soaked in grease.

After our meal I went to use the restroom and that was also very dirty restroom. But my husband paid then we left. Once we got to our second location I scanned our receipt the noticed Chris overcharged us on our Feast for 2. After placing the replicated order online for a fake pickup there was a $25 difference. To me that's not okay. When we tried to call Noone answered the phone.

We have ate at many PF Changs around the US so for this location it was a major disappointment. 2 stars just because our server was friendly even tho she messed up our order. And the host was...

I thought that the manager was so rude and I didn't get his name he was a guy in his mid 30 to 40s and he had a rough scratchy beard. He likes to walk around in circles a lot. I thought that he was very rude when I ordered my drink maybe 4 or 5 minutes after I showed up and he thought that I was loitering when I was just figuring out something on my phone. I go pay for my drink an angry orchard and I insisted to pay for the older lady beside me before turning around to the cops in my face. Saying that I was loitering. I was so upset because I spent good money at that restaurant multiple times thought the same week eating sushi and drinking. Never will I accept anyone acting that way towards me when I'm not doing anything wrong. We conversed prior for seconds and he says "I've seen you before" which he probably has "if your not buying anything you need to go or i will have to call the police for loitering" no hello or anything. I say no I'm buying food thinking it would be oky after. Until I turn around to police in my face citing me a citation. I'm irate and with I could do something about that particular manager. The manager that was In the day before was so nice and even cracked some jokes after I spent close to 100$. A shorter dark hair gentleman that I thought was very nice. This sucks though. I love that sushi and planned on catering...
