Absolutely horrible experience. I have been waiting 4 months for a chaise lounge cushion that has yet to arrive. I have been told twice that my order had arrived and that I could pick it up at the warehouse. On both occasions, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to retrieve, only to be told that the order was not there. So, I continue to wait, already having paid full price for my order. No offer of discount, no offer to deliver to me, no simple apology for the delays or misinformation. Atrocious...

We had a great experience shopping and were told in advance that do to COVID we would only receive a partial patio set. They delivered the partial set and we waited on the two swivel chairs. They were happy to check on the other chairs throughout our wait. The swivel chairs are here and we could not be happier with the quality. I would definitely shop this...
