I've come to the grapevine location, for the last three months, monday through friday religiously, and Courtney has top tier level customer service with a great smile. Courtney has memorized my order and sometimes as I walk in the door it's already made, and I really appreciate that because time is always of the essence with me. Every once in a while, I step in on a Saturday and Jasmine, helps me with the same Top Level service that I believe all of your staff at this particular location has, and I really appreciate that. I think that diversity and inclusion training should be the utmost priority of your business seeing that your workers at this specific location is lacking. I walked into an empty store, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged which I did find odd but I brushed it off, i wish there was a reason for their behavior but I couldn’t find one given there wasn’t any other customers nor was there a rush. I always have a great experience at this Grapevine Smoothie King! The staff is super friendly joyful and always in a good mood and welcoming every time I stop by. The smoothies are always fresh, tasty, and hit the spot — especially on a hot day. I also love how many choices they have; it’s easy to find something that fits whatever I’m in the mood for.
