Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Grapevine

Update (10/28/24): Place has definitely settled in for the long run. Service is great, and you can get in and out in no time. Staff is chill.

Tl;Dr - Very good coffee, the service may be hit or miss.

Came in the morning to try it out before work on a Mon. Immediately greeted by an incredibly long line in the drive thru. They run 2 lines and have servers out taking your order and payment (similar to Chick FIL A ) and I figured the line would go fast. That was really the problem though, was the line didn't really move. It took me about 15 min to get through it from order (which was taken immediately) to get my coffee. Not sure if they were training a new person in there who was helping make drinks or what. Even my black Nitro cold brew took a while to prepare.

This was another thing, i asked if they could make a large Nitro Cold Brew, and the server said "for sure. It'll just have some space in the cup." I said that was fine. Well, i pulled up to the window finally, and my drink wasn't prepared, so o got to watch them. They took a 12oz can of Nitro Cold Brew and poured it into a large cup and added extra ice. This annoyed me because I got charged for a large, but it was really the same amount of coffee in a larger cup with just more ice.

I drove to my office, and let the coffee sit in the meantime. Took me all of 5 min to walk in after driving around the corner. I finally took my first sip, and no lie, it's delicious. I like drinking black coffee as i get to taste the coffee and not just all the mixers. The "other" chain has over roasted coffee. This coffee has a nice nut flavor to it. Maybe walnut or pecan. Again, this is black coffee, unflavored. If either i can figure out the best time/day to go, or if they figure out how to prepare drinks quicker, then I'll be more than happy to go back and give...

I had the pleasure of being served by Michael at Dutch Bros, and I must say, his exceptional service truly stood out! From the moment I pulled up, Michael greeted me with a genuine smile and a contagious positive attitude. It’s clear he loves what he does, and his enthusiasm is infectious.

Dutch Bros used to be a West Coast tradition, so it’s honestly a big thing that it’s carried its footprints down to the South. This location on Northwest Highway in Grapevine is no different, and what made me visit this location was the grand size that differed from the ones I usually go to in the Central Valley in California honestly.

Shoutout to the Dutch Bros team in the Northwest Highway one who took our order promptly, and made our drinks in an early fashion. I got my usual drink from the secret menu — my favorite Banana Bread breve, with less ice, while my friend got a Vampire Slayer with the green tea base and regular ice (in order to create enough balance).

We were in and out of the Dutch Bros line very quickly — and in an efficient manner. There were enough parking spaces for us to sneak in a quick photo.
